This unique condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The exposed brick, high ceilings and loft beams are just a few items that bring the charm into this unit. There is over 950 square feet to relax with your loved ones, try out the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the sights of downtown from your balcony. You can even window shop at the LuLu Lemon store from the patio.

The famed Beacon Hill park is only a 10 min walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5 min walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo. If you have a car feel free to bring it as underground secured parking is included.

  • Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a full ensuite with a bathtub and shower. We have an air bladder Lazy Boy sofa bed that comes with a pump that inflates in 30 seconds. We also have a single roll away sofa and a play pen for our littlest travellers.

Old Town Flats

Old Town Flats is in a great location to walk around Victoria. Lots of activities to do in the area. It is close to the bars but yet far enough away that you do not hear them late at night. The apartment had plenty of room, beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio is a plus. It fun to sit and have a cocktail while the people next door are working out hard in the gym. I would stay here again next time in Victoria.

We loved this place. The condo was really nice, great amenities and the location was PERFECT! The neighborhood was really cool - tons to walk to, super close to all of the things you'll want to see in Victoria. Super hip, interesting location. The only slight drawback was the beeping of the crosswalk outside - it goes on all night and you can faintly hear it from the master bedroom. My husband and I are light sleepers, so we turned on a noise machine app the second night and it was a perfect night's sleep. Easy fix!

Beautiful unit, great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished with thoughtful attention to detail. Great people-watching from the private patio. Easy walk to fun shopping, restaurants & coffee shops. Relatively quiet for sleeping, although city noises make for an early wake-up! The second bedroom has no ventilation so we turned on fans the second night. There were a few glitches with check-in but hopefully those can be worked out in the future. We would definitely stay here again. A great base for exploring Victoria.

Awesome with a capital "A"

Excellent location in majestic downtown Victoria. All the amenties provided in this quaint condo juz like home. This is my 2nd visit. I stayed with my sister' s family back in late May and soo impressed, I came back with my family. Our party of 7 had a great time. Although no AC, ( 32 C one day) they brought us 2 tower fans to ease the pain. They had smaller ones @ the condo, but that had very little circulation. After inquirng with the property manager/ Deidre, she was kind enough to bring us the big fans ! . Great customer service & much appreciated! The only constructive feedback was that, since we had to leave @530 am, the drop box to return the key was a pain because it was still dark in the am. As a result, very hard to enter the code cuz we could not see. Although Milo property is not the property management responsibility, perhaps they could unquire if Milo would not mind putting in an auto light timer so in instances like what we had, their porch light would auto turn on at dusk/dark. We wasted at least 10 min -15 trying to enter the code. We are sure other customers would likely experience this too if they had to leave early/arrive at night. If not possible, then maybe add a note in the instructions to bring a small flash light or something if u depart/arrive at night/dusk. We would def come back and tell our friends about this place. I know no dogs are allowed, but perhaps a "small non shedding/hypoallergenic dog under 20 lbs ?" This way we can bring our pooch next time, as we had to leave a poor wittle gafer @ doggy day care.😢򘠽򙘥 Pets are members of the family & by taking this into consideration, this would expand the appeal of the place with families who have a small non shedding hypoallergenic pet.🐾🠽🠾🐾🠮 A nominal pet deposit could be added to the price (ie $ 25- $50. or something etc ) I am sure customers would pay this if they could bring their doggy in a family trip Anyhoot,
