There is over 950 square feet to relax with your loved ones, try out the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy the sights of downtown from your balcony. You can even window shop at the Lululemon store from the patio.

The famed Beacon Hill park is only a 10 min walk away, as is the Empress Hotel and Parliament Buildings. If you are flying in on a sea plane the Inner Harbour terminal is just a 5 min walk from this condo. Arriving via the Victoria Clipper or the Coho is also easy and no need for a car at this condo. If you have a car feel free to bring it as underground secured parking is included.

  • Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and a full ensuite with a bathtub and shower. We have an air bladder Lazy Boy sofa bed that comes with a pump that inflates in 30 seconds. We also have a single roll away sofa and a play pen for our littlest travellers.

A very good spot for our short stay in Victoria

We were two couples one from the UK and one from Vancouver Island with a good knowledge of Victoria.We had some difficulty in extracting the keys from the lock box. However, the unit was in an excellent location for downtown Victoria as we were able to walk everywhere in the downton area from Chinatown to the Empress Hotel and harbour. Lots of shopping and restaurants.The facility was well equipped with kitchen appliances and lounging furniture. There is a good sized patio facing onto Johnson street which is a busy street but interesting. The location next to Victoria's Chinatown was very convenient for that section and the secure parking garage saved worrying about that issue. We were two couples and it served us very well for our stay. We stayed for 3 days and could have handled a week with ease.

Great location

This place was in a great location. Very walkable to everything downtown. Easily fit 6 adults and the owner was super responsive. The downsides were the air conditioning was very weak (though we had an unusually hot week), street noise, and the key pickup (15 minute walk away or pay $100 for the keys to be at the place). For the location, we'd stay again.

Would stay again...

Nice place but a little tight in the bedroom areas. Since there was no air conditioning and the weather was in the 80's we needed to leave the windows open. Very noisy with traffic and sea gulls 24/7.

Owner's Response: We had an unseasonably warm summer and the smoke from the BC fires didn't help the air flow anywhere. We have fans in the rooms but am guessing this just wasn't enough. 98% of the condo buildings in Victoria don't have air conditioning as generally it is not needed.....but this summer was much different and in talking with our other guests, it was the same even if there was a window. We hope to host you again and have you stay at one of our other units!

Would not stay here again.

Pros: good location, clean, comfortable beds, nice sheets, sufficient supplies. Cons: 2nd bedroom is teeny tiny with no windows therefore no air circulation; main bedroom has 2 windows but old Venetian blinds do not block the light from the street and street noise is so pervasive you cannot keep the windows open and manage to sleep. Nice size patio but cannot use it because it is covered with seagull poop.

Our summer season generally is not very intense or long but this summer was an exception especially with the smoke from the BC fires covering the island. We have lots of fans in the unit for you but my guess is that that didn't do the job. One of the drawbacks to being close to the ocean is the seagulls. They can be pests but they live here too so we do what we can and that is cleaning the patio off continually, but sadly, the seagulls often get the last laugh ):

looks great, a little complicated

the unit itself is really nice inside, looks great, picking up and dropping off the key is a hassle because its 8 blocks away, and the unit is really bright at night because the shades don't block a lot of the light, but otherwise the location is great
