This is a large property at the end of a quiet road, with a 30X60 patio on the lake for sunning, relaxing, entertaining and evening campfires. The patio is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture, a gas barbeque, and tables for eating as well as a fire pit for long evenings by the fire. The views from the patio include amazing sunrises, waterfowl, and the lights of St. Albans, Vermont in the distance. Although the lake affords all types of water sports, this area is quiet and mostly used by the residents of this private summer community, respectful of their neighbor's need for solitude. The private dock will keep your boat near at hand for spontaneous outings. There is a sand beach within walking distance for you to enjoy. Your vacation will be made even more enjoyable by the furnishings, decor and amenities of your rental, including central air if you need it. We have thought of everything, including games, stereo system, cable TV, video and lending library. Come and enjoy.
