Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 3-6)

The condo is totally prepared for visitors. It located 2.5 miles east of the CSU campus. In Rigden Farm area, you will find yourself surrounded by two major grocery stores, a small shopping complex, restaurants, and etc.

The three suites are specious and comfortable. Each suite has its own bathroom and showers. One of the suites has its own patio.

Natural cleaning products are used to clean bedsheets, towels (ECOS Plus) and dishes (Seventh Generation). We choose Pure-Castile Soap made with organic oils to give your hands clean and comfort.

Two bikes are provided for your day time excursion around town or in the mountains. Two more bikes can be provided upon request.

At night, you can grab a glass of wine and relax on the couch or pop in a movie and enjoy the amazing Bose surround sound system. Master suite has its own set of TV and cable as well. Premium channels are included in the cable service as well.

I love spending time in the mountains, on the reservoir, and enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I am also an Alumni of University of Wyoming and University of Denver.

The Rigden Farms community is new, safe, and family oriented.

The house is professionally cleaned after each group checks out. The carpet and mattress are cleaned by professional cleaner on regular basis. Clean, Clean, Clean is the our first priority!

What makes this townhome unique

Driving to CSU is about 10 minutes. 5 minutes to the interstate I-25. The grocery store, Kingsoopers, is within 5 minutes walking. Most of the shopping area is within 5 minutes driving. 24 Hour Fitness is 2 miles south from the house.

lovely condo

I rented this condo for graduation weekend for all the family had coming in from out of town. This worked out great. My family was grateful for a comfortable place to stay with room to spread out. There are two bedrooms upstairs. One is bigger than the other. The smaller room upstairs had a balcony out on it. There is a basement that is set up as a bedroom. There is a bathroom down there and a small frig. There is enough room down there to set up a blow up bed if you needed to get more people in there. On the first floor is a small family room and kitchen in a open concept layout. The bed pulls out to a sofa sleeper but this is a smaller bed. It was a comfortable place for everyone to have their own space.

A very nice place to stay!

This property is as described. It is comfortable, clean and ideally located to get to various venues in Ft. Collins and Loveland. We came to Ft. Collins to get acquainted with the area and see if Ft. Collins / Loveland was a place to move. To do that, we spent the month of March checking things out.

The condo was ideally situated for easy access to shopping, movies, downtown activities, and dining. The area around the condo is residential and it sits on a quiet and safe street. It was a delightful place to come to after a long day with a realtor. There were just 2 of us, so we had plenty of room to roam around. The master bed was comfortable and master bath was spacious. The condo comes with a washer and dryer which was nice when you are staying for a long time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. If you are needing groceries, gas, dining, coffee café, etc., it’s around the corner and down a block or two within easy walking distance.

The owner is very nice. He is just a phone call away and was very helpful when we had any questions. He also checked on us several times to see if we were ok and if we needed anything.

I would recommend this place to anyone.

Accessible location and a comfortable stay

Had a great time staying at this property while visiting colleges. The owner was most helpful and everything was as advertised. It was perfect for my 2 sons and I each having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It was comfortable and very clean.

Very Pleasant Gathering Place / Accommodations

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mr. Lin’s Fort Collins townhouse. We appreciated the quality of his well-maintained and supplied house. It was absolutely ideal for our weekend wedding stay. On-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge plus for preparing for wedding and enjoying personal privacy. The mattresses were very comfortable; kitchen dishes, utensils, etc. were complete and of good quality…all evidence of a well-maintained property. Great to have a garage. Little touches, like the bottled water, were appreciated by all - always a challenge to stay hydrated at altitude.

I highly recommend the property. Will stay here again, if ever I need accommodations in Fort Collins.

The property was very clean, very comfortable, and was perfect with 3 beds and 3.5 baths. Our group felt at home and very comfortable. The location is perfect to get around Fort Collins and to enjoy the mountains. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely plan to stay again soon.
