About Zhibo Lin

I work at a software company as a project manager and travel to our customers all over the world. The more I travel, the more I realized how wonderful Fort collins is. I love spending time in the mountains, on the reservoir, and enjoy the Colorado sunshine. I am also an Alumni of University of Wyoming and University of Denver.

This large townhome features a two car attached garage, premium cable service, wifi, modern interior, gas fireplace, large kitchen, large kitchen pantry, custom lighting, patio, BBQ, Bose sound system in living room, King size bed in 2nd-floor master, large tub in master bath, 2nd-floor bedroom includes a private balcony and full bathroom. The townhome also includes a fully finished basement with bedroom, wet bar, and full basement bathroom. Two bikes are provided for your day time excursion around town or in the mountains. Natural cleaning products are used to clean bedsheets, towels, and dishes.

What makes this townhome unique

The Rigden Farm neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located in the middle of Fort Collins. This townhome is minutes away from gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, natural areas, downtown Fort Collins, the community trail system, CSU, banks, coffee shops and much.

Two bikes are available for you to use. Fort Collins has an extensive trail system connecting the whole community. The townhome is close to a public transit stop. Uber, Lyft, shuttle services, limo, and local taxi services are available in the community as well (fees apply for those services).

Fort Collins celebrates a variety of seasons, please check the weather before visiting. You can expect to enjoy warm summers, cool winters as well as gorgeous fall and spring seasons.

In December, a basic holiday tree with lights and ornaments will be provided.

Very comfortable, spacious lodging!

This was the perfect place for multiple families to stay together. Each bedroom had an attached full bathroom which allowed for much needed privacy. The layout was great with two bedrooms upstairs and a huge bedroom downstairs, with the kitchen and living area on the entry level. We were able to easily put kids to bed early and then hang out as adults without worrying about waking them up! The kitchen was very well stocked, there was plenty of parking, beds were very comfy, and everything was beautiful and clean. Great place to stay!!

Beautiful Property!

This is a great home away from home! My family and I walked in to a clean house with everything we could need. The owner responded quick and was extremely helpful with any questions we had. I plan on staying here next year when we return to Fort Collins!

This property was even better than we were expecting, even from all the great reviews! Great location, large rooms, well-equipped, clean and in good condition. Perfect for 6 adults to have their own space, but gather together as well. Will try to stay here again when we have a larger group.

Perfect getaway

Our family has stayed here many times, and each time is better. Each room is designed to make you feel at home. The location is close to shopping, biking, restaurants and just a short drive to Old Town. The owner is one of the nicest, most responsive people you'll ever meet.

Good location and responsive owner

Six adults stayed at this property for a wedding in Fort Collins. The property is in a very nice area and neighborhood. Shops are close by and it was convenient to the interstate. There were walking/biking trails that wound through the neighborhood which made exercise very convenient. The owner was a pleasure to work with and very prompt in responding to email. The exterior of the property was very nicely maintained. The interior of the property was fine but it could use a few improvements/updates. Specifically, room darkening shades in the upstairs bedrooms would be a definite plus. While the bright Colorado sunshine is wonderful, it tends to arrive before the alarm goes off! Also, there are many spots throughout (doors, baseboards, etc.) in need of minor repairs and/or touch up painting. Finally, there is no comfortable place for 6 adults to congregate. The couch in the living room where the TV is can only seat three people. While there are kitchen chairs close by that can be used to supplement the seating capacity in the TV viewing area, they are not especially comfortable.

Great condo for a party of 6

Everything about this unit was very well thought out and up-to-date. All the little things that we expect and more were provided. Three roomy bedrooms, electronic door lock, 2 car garage with opener and remote, large flat screen TV's with BOSE sound systems, modern kitchen including pantry with many essentials. The location is great; close to the interstate and bus transfer center from DIA. Short drive on major road to Old Town Fort Collins. Zhibo was very easy to work with and made sure all arrangements were correct and fair.
