Grand home in the Historic Seaport area of Old Town Key West. Tucked behind a canopy of palms this home has a unique sense of privacy. This property offers the utmost in privacy set gated, peaceful and quiet.


Relax by the pool on a lounge chair or on one of the 2 expansive porches. Lush tropical landscaping throughout with tall palms offering generous shade to the expansive grounds.


The cozy dining room is wrapped with earthy Dade County Pine walls and wood flooring. Seating for 6 indoors or enjoy a casual bbq in the yard. Living area boasts plenty of indoor seating and a flat screen tv.


Up to 10 people can sleep in this rare gem. Two bedrooms and 2 full baths off of the kitchen each with a queen sized bed are located downstairs. The second floor is made up entirely of the Master bedroom & full bath, enjoy French doors to a large private covered porch with bird’s eye view. The third floor is great for children offering 2 rooms each with 2 twin beds in a fun clubhouse atmosphere.


The Historic Seaport is in walking distance and where you will find quaint shops & restaurants Three short blocks to Duval Street and all of the attractions downtown Key West has to offer. Take a sunset cruise, go snorkeling, or grab a fishing charter.

A little piece of Key West Heaven tucked away in a Beautiful Tropical landscaped yard , with water falls and all . Couldn't ask for a better location , close to all the Happenings of Duval Street plus great places to eat . The house is the Perfect Key West Getaway , spacious rooms , lots of baths , and Great kitchen for what ever your needs may be . HAD A GREAT TIME !

Hidden Paradise!!

The home was even nicer in person than the pictures, which doesn’t often happen. We couldn’t believe the size of the lawn or how quiet and secluded it felt, even though it was just steps away from all of the action! Also, it was affordable, which made all the difference.. What a great value! We can't wait to rent it again!

Hidden Oasis

My family has traveled to Key West many times over the years. This is our new favorite place to stay in Key West. The privacy in the midst of old town was amazing. It was just a 2 or 3 block walk to some of our favorite restaurants and watering holes. The furnishings were very tasteful and the entire felt very solid and high-quality. The house was very quiet on the inside with no creaky floorboards or stairs. Our interactions with the management team was excellent, no problems whatsoever. They were very attentive and quick in responding to email queries and text messages. This was an excellent experience.

Loved it!

We had 2 couples and 3 singles staying at the house for a 50th birthday celebration. The location can't be beat. You can walk to everything in old town. We rented bikes around the corner and when we tired of walking, we pedaled. We never used the car except to go to the grocery store when we got there. The house has many updates such as auto-closing drawers in the kitchen and an induction stovetop. (Be sure to take the time to read the information booklet provided on how to use the stovetop if you've never used one. We spent quite a bit of time standing over a small pot trying and failing to boil water. It is really easy if you actually read the instructions). The kitchen has a full refrigerator and two refrigerated drawers next to the fridge. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. The only complaint would be the two upstairs bedrooms are really small. We had read the reviews and knew that they were small, but we were still shocked at how small they really were. I'm 6' tall and had to stoop if it was standing anywhere but in the center of the room. Thank goodness we have wonderful friends who are good sports and they stayed in the rooms with minimal complaints. We didn't have them pay as much as everyone else who stayed in "real" rooms. The pool was great. We had it heated and most everyone would take a dip in the afternoon. Loved our stay! Thanks so much!

Beautiful Home but Unreasonable Owners

The house is well appointed and in a good location. The lawn and pool are nice to have.

After renting this home for my family to stay during my wedding, I inquired about the possibility of using the home for my Wedding Welcome Gathering. Per the contract, I informed the rental company that I was hoping to get permission to use this location as a place for my out of town guests to stop by, pick up welcome bags and have a cocktail. When the rental company asked the owners, they made such ridiculous demands that no reasonable person could have agreed to follow. For a house that sleeps 10 people, the owners would only allow 15 people on the property. They required that someone from the rental company come to the house to verify the “rules were being followed” and that someone come the next morning to check for damages. Keep in mind, the owners and the rental company knew I was in town for my wedding and would getting ready the next morning. It was beyond ridiculous to require that someone from the rental company stops by while I was preparing for my wedding day. Because I wasn’t willing to abide by their unnecessarily invasive rules I was left with no other choice but to amend my printed and mailed invitations alerting my guests about the change in location.

Warning to brides/grooms who would like to use this house as a part of your wedding (whether it be for an informal gathering or just a place to stay), go elsewhere! If there wasn't a cancellation fee policy, I would have canceled my booking knowing how unreasonable the owners are. The hassle and frustration that these owners caused wasn’t worth it!

Owner's Response: We would like our future guests to know that this home is offered by the owner as a vacation home for families and responsible groups. We welcome wedding parties and understand the importance of this monumental day in couple's life. However, we are very clear upfront when booking with guests that this home is not offered as a venue for events or parties. The owners intentionally chose not to licensed their property as a venue and does not carry the insurance for such events. This does not mean that we, the management company, or the owners are not open to offering small gatherings at the home. We do, however, have rules if we extend this option to guests which were clearly expressed and explained to this guest. As this event evolved we had to advise the owners to ensure they were comfortable with the situation. When this Bride first came to us she said they would have a small, quiet gathering for a few friends and family the weekend of the wedding. After many long discussions about their options and the rules she decided to proceed with booking. In time, the event evolved from a small gathering to an open house welcoming hour where there was no way to tell how many friends and family would be stopping by at once to visit the home and the Bride. This meant the "maximum of 15 people in the house at once" rule would be impossible to control. This is when the owners requested a member of our team randomly stop by to ensure that there were only 15 people in their house at once and to have an inspection of the house the day after the event. We were flexible with the time and offered to come after the Bride was ready and already at the ceremony so they would not be bothered. We feel that the owners were reasonable, clearly expressed their rules and were open-minded towards this event and its evolution. Again, we welcome parties like this but please remember this is a private home and the rules are set for the comfort of the owner and to ensure the home remains a lovely venue for future guests.

Peak Season:
We require a 7 night minimum stay requirement. We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar.

Off Season:
We have a 4 night minimum stay requirement but only allow 6-7 night stays if a booking includes an entire weekend. We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar.

Vacancy Bookings:
If we have vacancy between two stays that is less than the minimum stay
requirement, then we will consider shorter stays.

Event/ Holiday/ Festival Pricing:
Festival and Holiday rates are 25% higher than the highest season rate and include but are not limited to Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, Fantasy Fest, Easter, Yacht Race Weeks, Power Boat Race week, Lobster Mini season, Labor Day. We require 7 night minimums for the dates surrounding a major holiday.

All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.

Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.

A booking fee will be added to each reservation.

A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation as an alternative to a full security deposit. This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages.

50% is due upon reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

***We highly recommend waiting to book flights until you have fully secured a reservation; meaning you have received the email confirmation and have made your deposit payment.
