This unit has many upgrades including Granite in the Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, Upgraded Vanities and Granite Counters in the Baths, Hard Wood Floors in the Bedrooms, and Tile through out. The unit is also beautifully furnished with Tommy Bahama style decor. In addition, we provide beach chairs, umbrella, play pen, and a few other items so you don't have to pack additional luggage.

Easy family vacation

We stayed here with our three young sons, ages 3, 5, 7. I chose this condo because of the heated pool and the proximity to the beach. I wanted to be able to move among the beach/pool/condo easily and this was perfect for us. The condo itself was very clean and well maintained. Lots of storage and plenty of linens. There were beach toys, beach towels and nice chairs to use, and it wasn't a big deal lugging them to/from the condo because of the elevator. This condo is a corner unit and on the top floor so every room has windows and it even has skylights in the hallway. The condo is very quiet too. The balcony may be the best part - amazing views of the water and all the way north as well. We walked to the playground at Kolb park, went to Splash Harbour Water Park and ate at a few of the many great places to eat around the condo. My only feedback to the owner is that the bed linens and pillows in the master bedroom were so cheap and uncomfortable. Definitely not one of those beds you look forward to diving into at the end of a day in the sun and sand. Other than that, it was an awesome and easy vacation for our family - we hope to come back next year.

Loved our stay at OceanWay

We had a great time at this condo. Plenty of room for 4 people, 2 good size bed/bathrooms, lots of amenities. The location is close to many restaurants, within 4-5 blocks of good food. The pool and HOT tub were my favorite, other than just spending time at the beach. Condo has beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels that were very handy. Reservations were handled in a timely, professional manner. Overall, a great stay at a great condo...I'll go back!

Wonderful vacation spot

We rented this condo for a week in July 2015. Indian Rocks Beach is such a wonderful vacation spot and this condo has a great location within the resort. Within seconds of the quiet end of the beach, with great, round the clock views of the gulf waters, seagulls and pelicans flying by right in front of your face as you sit on the balcony, and the beach, within minutes of multiple really good restaurants (including an incredibly delightful French pastry shop!). Hilda, the property management representative, was absolutely wonderful and helpful with the entire rental process. She was easy to reach and so glad to make recommendations regarding best places to eat in the area and such. We found the condo really clean and ready for us and have only good things to say about the entire experience. Would definitely go back!

Living at water's edge with amazing views of the Gulf!

Our stay at Oceanway was wonderful! You are living right at water's edge with fantastic views of the Gulf! Sunsets and moonsets are just amazing! The condo is fully equipped, comfortable, and updated. The furnishings and appliances are the nicest we have had in a rental property. New pots and pans were provided for our extended stay. Sleeps 4 comfortably. The building is well maintained. The pool is heated and kept warm as is the hot tub. The property manager was very accessible and responded quickly to our texts.

Our favorite restaurants in the area include Maggie Mae's for breakfast, Guppy's for lunch or dinner, 18 on the Rocks (lobster special for $13.99), and E&E Stakeout for a special dinner.

We are definitely looking forward to returning next year!
