Charming little house, right on the corner of 7th

Some friends had decided to view the eclipse "somewhere" and left it up to me to make the arrangements. I found a variety of options, but this one seemed to be a the best location (lots within a short walk) at the best price and accommodation. In short, it was a great option. SK, the owner, was clear with instructions and very easy to work with. The property was clean and provided many of the little extras.

If I were heading back to Portland tomorrow, I'd see if SK's Queen Ann was available.

Clean and quaint on the edge of newest Portland Revived neighborhoods

Convenient location, along the city bus line and a walking distance from great restaurants and grocers. Not quite in the revived vintage neighborhood, but extremely convenient. This 2-story Victorian home has been coaxed back to life and is well kept inside. Fully equipped and comfortable, the home is perfect for friends and couples. Enjoyed our adventure in Portland.

Very Nice House

We had a great time in Portland. The house is about a 15 minute walk to downtown and the riverfront park. There are plenty of places to eat close by as well.

Perfect location and cozy house with big common areas for everyone to gather in.

The house has a very open design,large dinning room,large family room that allows your entire group to gather in either space and be together. The three upstairs bedroom are spacious and very well insulated from the down stairs common areas which was important for us as we had members of our group who stay up and others that get up early. The bedrooms have closets and dressers very nice for a victorian. The kitchen was nice size and well equipped with easy access to a backyard deck and lawn area if you wanted to eat or barberque outside. The place is just mins from everything and has great restaurants and food carts open all hours of the day and night a short walk from the house. There is one parking place and lots of on street parking available at 5$per day very important in portland. Ashish was easy to get in touch with and promptly took care of anything we needed. We would stay here again and highly recommend this house for groups that are up all hrs of the day and night and do not want to drive anywhere.
