Welcome to the best of both worlds in this three-story, 2,400 square foot abode where excitement and relaxation incredibly intertwine. Located in the heart of family friendly Seagrove Beach, the 4-bedroom home is a marvel for everything that comes with it. You’ll first enjoy all that’s unique about the Summer’s Edge neighborhood as you approach down the tree-lined street that gives it that comforting, homey feel you relish when traveling with children. Even on vacation, safety comes first. From the outside, you’ll be amazed you have this towering home all to yourself. Upon crossing the first of three (three!) porches, you’ll eagerly stroll into the first relaxing den. From there, you’ll be greeted with the spacious open kitchen and a dining room to accommodate all your guests. Have more than 8 of them? No problem. There’s additional seating at the eat-in bar for 5 more. There’s also a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, perfect for kids or adults with limited mobility.
The second floor is home to the master bedroom, featuring a king bed, full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and access to the second porch for when you want to take a break from the action. Down the hall reside two other spacious bedrooms with queen beds and private vanity areas in a shared a bathroom. One final room is a children’s delight. They’ll just love the small bunk room with 2 built-in bunk beds, perfect for late-night giggling when they think no one else is listening.
On the third floor is where the fun really gets going. Enjoy the cozy den that offers pure relaxation with gulf views and sea breezes galore. The third, large covered deck with table seating for six provides you with easy access to a wet bar for holding refreshments that will delight the adults and kids alike.
Close to the community pools and public beach, we think you’ll find the only thing this vacation residence is far from…is ordinary.

Most enjoyable week in the Five SeaSons Home. Plenty of room in this beautiful, well maintained home. The entire process with Invited Home was so easy from making the reservation, check in procedures, check out, etc. A staff member even came to the home when we had technical difficulties turning on the tv!! The location is convenient to state parks, an easy walk to the beautiful beach and pool, great selection of restaurants, shopping, etc. Would highly recommend this home!!
Great house, well stocked kitchen accessories, wonderful front porch for gathering, beautiful neighborhood with tree lined street. A quick bike ride to the beach, about a 4-5 minute walk. Will definitely stay again!
This house was great for families and the location was wonderful Plenty of space for our family and grandchidren We loved everything about it especially the beautiful artwork which we learned the owner had done herself. We had an issue with the washing machine but that was handled as quickly as possible and the laundry was even done for us by the Invited Home team ! Great service on their part too! The only two problems for us were there were not enough blankets in the house ( we found only 1) and the grill was pretty dirty. Other than that we would totally rent this home again and would recommend it to anyone with a large family.
Very charming home with plenty of space for everyone in our family. Short walk to the beach. We spent most of the beach time on the inlet near the lake side. It's a fantastic area for small children. Our teens ride bikes to nearby seaside. Lots is fun.
My sister-in-law booked this house for our families. She'd stayed here a few years ago with her family. We had multiple families with kids ranging from three years old to eleven. The house itself is wonderful! It was neat, clean, and spacious as well as beautifully decorated. I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were, and the pillows were plush and plentiful. We really enjoyed the large porches. I was concerned about the small living area, but it wasn't an issue as our group spread out to the table and bar area. The double kitchen oven was convenient, and the ice machine was so helpful! The house was stocked with books, dvds, and family games. Next time, I will bring a few toys for the younger children to play with inside the house. We were happy to discover the couch on the third floor pulled out into a bed for a couple of kids (sheets and blankets aren't provided for it), and the bunk room was larger than I expected. I can't say enough good things about the house. It is a bit of a hike to the beach, but we knew that when we booked and were very glad to have our wagon to tote our gear back and forth. It was close enough that a 3 y/o and a 4 y/o walked back and forth with no problems. I did wish I had the all-terrain wagon or beach cart to carry our things on the sand, but that wasn't a huge deal. The beach itself was beautiful and not crowded, and we didn't have to cross any busy streets to walk there. The neighborhood was perfect for families, and we were very pleased with the location. We were close enough to bike to restaurants and shopping, but not close enough to walk to many places other than the beach. I'd definitely stay here again.
