Stunning renovation just completed. Large fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new custom cabinets. All new carpets, paint and furnishings compliment this tastefully redone top floor penthouse condo facing the ski trails. See the fireworks or your kids skiing home from the living room.

All three full bathrooms are brand new with custom tile, glass shower doors and marble counter tops.

Ski in-Ski out best rental choice, comfortably sleeps sleeps 8 people.This is an easy share for two families.

King in master-Queen and bunks in first floor guest room, upstairs is a sleeping loft and TV room and the third Bedroom has a full bed and a bunk bed. We also have a fourth sleeping area on the second floor. This quiet location has a great Mountain View from the outside deck. If you are spending good money renting a ski condo, why not have great Mountain views with no one living above you keeping you up at night.

You can ski directly from this location to the lift or walk to the village for dinner and drinks..You will not need your car!

We have rented many times and when we decided to buy we wanted space, a true ski mountain view, and a top floor location that was easy for our family.

What makes this condo unique

Our Condo faces Stratton Mountain, is less than a 2 minute walk to Stratton Village. The condo is on the top two floors and is very comfortable. Step outside onto the deck and enjoy our great views while you cook up dinner on the outdoor gas grill and drink a complimentary bottle of wine from our wine cabinet!

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying with us. I believe you stayed with two other families and kids too so there are not too many cheaper places that can accommodate that large a group that is ski and and ski out, like our condo is. Stratton is not an inexpensive mountain to rent at, especially if you want to be right on the mountain, like we are. For three families to share our place, it costs about the same as renting three rooms in the local hotel though that's not on the mountain. As you mention, the property is really nice and in a perfect location. Especially if you have young kids..We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great rental! Highly recommended. Easy access to Stratton mountain and village

This recently remodeled condo was perfect for our ski weekend. The location is short walk to Stratton village and the lifts. The bedrooms were well appointed and everyone was very comfortable. Having upper and lower floor living area was a plus for our group. Great for either a large family or two families to use together.

Owner was very easy to work with and the entire process from start to finish was very smooth. We will definitely rent again.

Beautifully appointed condo in a great location, central to all Stratton Mountain activity.

This is a beautifully appointed condo in a great location, central to all Stratton Mountain activities. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and tastefully so. Everything you need for your vacation is in the condo right down to Dove soap in every bathroom. The available parking spots are very convenient, and trash removal is easy. There is great view of the mountain from multiple sliders on the first level and a very comfortable balcony for the warm weather.

There are a few helpful suggestions if you are considering renting this property. Prior to finalizing the rental, be sure to ask about the Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee and how they are to be refunded and/or paid. If you are not familiar with Stratton Mountain, you may want to ask for detailed directions on how to find the condo upon your arrival (the directions assume that you are familiar with the complex). You will have to negotiate a tight, spiral staircase to access the second floor that includes bedrooms 3 and 4 and third bathroom (stairs are not shown on the website pictures). If you rent the property at any time other than winter, be sure to bring a few fans as the upstairs gets quite hot (there are two skylights, no windows). The advertised fourth bedroom on the upper level is very small and has no windows or skylights (this room is not shown on the website for the property).

The living room is equipped with a large screen television and you can connect to a Sonos sound system through a cell phone. The off season (when we rented) offers a most reasonable rate. A bottle of wine awaits your arrival.

You bring up a few good points that we should address; 1) The cleaning fee and security fee are fully disclosed on the site before you submit your final rental payment. 2) We likely do assume that renters are familiar with Stratton, sorry about that! Our condo address is provided upon rental and we would suggest you Google our location or use the map on HomeAway. 3) The spiral stair cases are common in most of the condos in this part of the mountain, we did not think it important to include a picture of the stairs. 4) The 4th "sleeping area" is described in this way; Bedroom 4 - 1 twin/ single Small very cozy sleeping area, great for teenager or singles. Traveler reviews are very helpful to us. Thanks again for taking the time to offer some suggestions to make our place a great rental option at Stratton.

Wow! This condo is amazing.

If the old adage, "It's all about location, location, location", were true, then any condo on this spot would be ideal, but this home is exemplary even without its model locale.

We were more than comfortable with six adults and three kids (ages 8, 5, and 1). My sister's family slept in the two loft bedrooms, and the kids went to bed without being bothered by any of us staying-up in the palatial kitchen and living room. In the morning, we all awoke to find stunning views of Stratton Mountain peering back at us. Although the snow this year was sparse, the mountain managed to add enough man-made snow that we didn't notice.

The condo has a nice balcony with a gas grill overlooking the Villager Lift. It's about 50 yards from the condo's exit to the lift, and we used the left exit facing the mountain on the 2nd floor. We also had two adults who weren't skiing, but they spent their days lounging in the spa (about a 4-minute walk) or grabbing a drink in the Village. At night, we'd all stroll to the Village for Après-Ski. It's about a 3-minute walk to the Fire Tower Restaurant, which is right at the end of the Village. From there, everything that the Village had to offer was at our finger-tips.

The health-club is about a 3-minute drive from the condo, but there's an even shorter walking path at the far end of the adjacent Parking Lot 1. We rarely drove anywhere during our entire week.

The owner was amenable and friendly, and he took more than enough time to explain the condo's various features to me.

As a family, we have stayed at condos on Sugarloaf, Okemo, Loon, and many other New England resorts. By far, this was the best location for the entire family. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect accomodations

The unit has been very recently renovated and is in perfect condition. Great location right next to the village and below a chair lift. Highly recommend.
