About the apartment:

Master Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed with room for 2 to sleep comfortably.

Bedroom 2 can sleep 5 people on 2 bunk beds. One bunk bed is a single at the top, and single at the bottom. Another bunk bed is a single at the top, and a double bed at the bottom. The bedroom can sleep 5 comfortably.

In the living room, you will find a sizeable sofa bed that can sleep 2 if need be. Additionally, the living room is furnished with 39'' TV and a dining table with chairs. You can watch TV, or just chill out with your friends.

I-Cable has plenty of channels, both international and local channels for your browsing. Free usage of internet WIFI during your stay.

Upon request or booking of 10 people, we will prepare a tatami 3-fold mattress with bedding that can sleep 1 person comfortably.

Totally the space can sleep 10 people without any problems.

The kitchen contains a washer, stove and all the standard utensils, plates etc for you if you wish to use during your stay. The kitchen is fully refurbished and renovated recently.

The bathroom is a spacious stand up shower cabinet with a toilet and sink that is separate from the shower cabinet.

**** Note the apartment is a 2nd floor walkup. Basically you need to walk up to the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator ****

House Rules: **UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY, ALL GUESTS MUST WAIT AND MEET US AT THE MEETING POINT OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.

BUILDING RESIDENTS WILL COMPLAIN TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IF THE LOBBY AREA INSIDE THE BUILDING OR THE ENTRANCE IS BLOCKED.**

Please note, that some guests might be required or given the option to self check-in if it's possible, if that is the case, it will be advised accordingly.

Strictly NO SMOKING.

Please treat this as your own home.

Please kindly empty the trash when needed, instead of emptying the trash in one go after multiple days. The rubbish can be disposed into the rubbish bin at the emergency staircase.

Please kindly do not congregate in front of the main entrance to the building on check-in or at any time.

Please kindly do not block the entrance to the building or wait in front of the lift in the lobby.

If you are a larger party with a lot of guests, please be considerate to other residents in the building and enter the building in smaller groups of people. That will ease congestion of the lobby area, and avoid residents complaining about unnecessary many people and luggages in the elevator.

Do make yourself at home, but please help save the environment by turning off the air conditioner and all electrical appliances when u leave the apartment, many thanks for your cooperation.

If somebody or the security guards asks, please tell them you are a friend of mine. This is because the apartment is located in a private residential building.

Please remove all flight check-in sticker labels from the luggage, so as not to cause unnecessary attention from residents.

Please do not disturb the neighbors and keep your voice down at night and early morning time to avoid unnecessary complaints.

The water heater needs to be turned off when not in use. If it breaks due to prolonged time left on, you will not have any hot water for your stay.

In the case that you have an evening departure flight:

Please note that you can check in your luggage at anytime during the same day as your flight at the Airport Express station, which is located at Kowloon Station or Hong Kong Station. That way you would be free to explore the city on your last day, not having to worry about your luggage or rushing to the airport since you have already checked in, you will not have to be at the airport as early as everyone else.
