We welcome you to enjoy top floor ocean views from our beautiful two bedroom apartment located next to Bondi and Tamarama beach.
Quiet and tranquil home with ocean views, close to beaches , cafe's, eateries, and all essential amenities. Within a very short strolling distance is bus transportation.
Master bedroom equipped with queen bed, built in wardrobes and views of the ocean.
The 2nd bedroom double bed can be separated into 2 twin beds for single sleepers or children.
Walk for just 4 minutes to Tamarama beach and 6 minutes to the famous Bondi Beach and the incredible coastal walks which are perched on the cliffs from Bondi to Coogee. Stroll into town and get a coffee , shop the local markets, and explore the village.
We welcome guests to enjoy the beach views from the balcony, or to relax inside with foxtel on our large screen TV.
Our concierge will personally meet you on arrival to show you around the apartment and help you settle in.

Please note there is currently light construction in the building next to ours. Noise is minimal .
Timed Street parking only: 2hrs from 8am - 6pm.
A temporary parking permit can be obtained for approx. $46/month from Waverley Council Office (8.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri) at 55 Spring St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022. Requires a photo or copy of the registration to be shown to prove vehicle identity. Submit a Temporary Parking Permit Application with vehicle make, model and registration number. A vacation rental lease document proving that you are staying at the address, and an ID.
For rental cars getting a permit can only be done after the car is collected.

15 mins drive to city downtown. 5-10 mins to Bondi junction and train.
Take the 333 express bus on Bondi road to the junction or city from Campbell parade and Knotts avenue stop.
Please note: this property is located on the 3rd floor with stair access only. No lift (elevator).
House Rules: 1. STRICTLY No partying is allowed in our properties and parties or noise disturbance may result in loss of bond.
2. No pets are allowed (except in pet friendly homes).
3. Number of guests must be known (inclusive of kids and babies) by Bondi Beach Holiday Homes when booking. An extra guest outside the agreement will not allowed and will result is deduction from security bond.
4. There is no smoking in our holiday homes. There is a $200 fee charged for special cleaning to rid of smoke odor.
5. You are welcome to hire a port a cot and high chair for an additional $30 AUD
In the interest of making your check in as smooth as possible we kindly ask that you collect the apartment keys from our office mail box. This is en-route from the airport and about a 5-10min drive from the apartment. Keys will be available for collection from 3pm onwards.
We require a scanned/photo of ID to be sent by email.
The second set of keys will be in the apartment and both sets should be left in the apartment please when you depart. Guests are asked to leave both sets in the apartment and lock up when they depart (by 10 am).
Before 10 AM or at the pre-arranged time with the owners. Please leave keys in the apartment and lockup when you go.
6. Guests agree to take good care of the property and leave it in as good as condition as it was upon arrival. There is a departure cleaning fee included in your total.
