Leith Court #4 is a 1200sqft two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, located on the first floor (one above ground) of the east building of the Leith Court complex. An open plan kitchen and living area leads to to a spacious balcony with a spectacular ocean view. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. The apartment is non-smoking. Leith Court is a very popular and well kept beach front complex overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast of Barbados. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and the famous St. Lawrence Gap are all within easy walking distance. The complex has a shared pool, and an elevator. Beach access is direct from the garden and pool area. The pool area has sun lounges, shaded areas and some umbrellas.

Leith Court #4 is on the inside half of the east building, one level up from the ground floor. The building features key-pad entry, an elevator, pool, and sun lounge area on the lawn adjacent to the ocean. A supermarket is immediately across the road with nearby shopping, car rental and banking.

Wonderful location!

Can't beat the view and the sea turtles swimming out front. We were really comfortable in the apartment, had everything we needed and close to shops and short walks to restaurants. The ZR runs along the same street so you can get around really quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend!

Everything I expected - a wonderful location

The apartment was everything I had hoped for, location right on the beach with the sound of the surf 24/7. The apartment had everything we needed for a full self catering vacation. 2 wonderful beach bars close by on either side; Crystal Waters and Tiki's, plus many other restaurants within easy walking distance. James was very helpful and friendly and met us on arrival from the airport. Could not have wished for more from our stay. Thanks Jimmy, we will be returning soon.

Amazing sea view

The property is well sited, overlooking the sea to the rear of the property and yet has easy access to the local amenities. Shops bars and restaurants are all easily reached. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay in Leith Court.

Location Location Location !

Lovely property, ideally situated. Got up to turtles in the sea each morning from the balcony & then went & joined them! The beach feels like a private one as no big hotels on the stretch & not full of sun loungers. Picture postcode stuff. The apartment has everything you need, a supermarket across the road & a bigger one with a bank just 5 mins walk up the road. Easy walk (all within 10 minutes) to Accra beach & Sandy Beach with their lovely beach bars & The Gap. Dover beach about 20 minutes. Buses right outside. James is a very friendly, contactable host. Will definitely return ! Thanks James

Comfortable, cozy, splendid sea view right where you want to be.

No surprises as the listing is very well documented and informative. We were greeted by the owner James Webster who is a real gentlemen. He gave us a tour and made suggestions on close by amenities. I must say the pictures on VRBO do not totally pay respect to how beautiful the area is and I like to think that the unit is sitting in front of the most amazing stretch of Worthing Beach, the view is stunning.

The condo is roomy We (family of 3 adults) arrived on September 14 for a 14-day stay at the condo. There was plenty of space for a family of 4, the kitchen is well equipped and everything worked as it should,

Ceiling fans right where you need them and the bedrooms AC units worked very well. Tap water is good and drinkable which is a big deal for us.

Beds and living room furniture were good and solid. Plenty a storage space for your personal stuff.

The deck was were we spent most of our time while we were at the condo, very spacious for meals or just relax. The area is secured, well lite and easy to access with entry key-less entry grids.

The condo is across the street from a Trimart grocery store or 5 min walk from Masi, a larger surface grocerystore . A mere 7-minute walk from the beautiful St Lawrence gap for shops and restaurants and less than 10 minute by car to Oistins. A very good restaurant selection for dining out or just casual lunch is also within a few blocks going east or west. Even duty free shopping available just a minute away.

Location - location - location.

We were scheduled to leave on the 28 but since tropical storm Matthew decided otherwise James offered us his condo until things would improve, the airport was shut down for about 36 hours, Thank you James for your generosity and also for checking on us making sure that we were safe before during and after the storm, very much appreciated.

Without hesitations I highly recommend Leith Court Unit 4, we are frequent travellers and we normally do not return to same sites / hotels / accommodations but my wife and I must admit that we will make an exception and are planning to comeback, the sooner the better.

There are lots of activities and things to do and I recommend doing the Tiami Catamaran excursion, the Tiki bar with its sunsets, Berth's for its pizza, Mojo for the comfort food, try the burgers, they are absolutely the best. Fresh grilled fish, you absolutely must go to Oistins, Friday nights is the big night for partying... Thank you James...

The Leith Court Complex is steps away from restaurants, shopping, transportation, and banks. The famous St Lawrence Gap night club area is only a10 minutes walk. The newly renovated Carib Beach bar and Crystal Waters bar are just 5 minutes away. Scuba diving is available 5 minutes away at Sandy Beach by Crystal Waters. The Complex has keypad access and apartment 4 is one floor above ground level.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel 31 days before travel, full refund less any processing fees. If cancelled within 30 days of travel (i.e. 25 days before), refund of 2nd payment only. 1st payment held and applied to subsequent booking made within 18 months of previous booking. Refund may be done via Interact or by Homeaway depending on the circumstance.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
