Along with a scenic, family-friendly setting at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this inviting retreat also offers an ideal location just a short drive from the beach communities of Gulf Shores, Fort Morgan, and Orange Beach. Local attractions including OWA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gator Land, the Wharf Amphitheater, and the famed FloraBama are also within minutes of the home.

String lights, Adirondack chairs, a dining area, and a gas grill set the stage for all-day outdoor living on the deck. You can also wander down to the large private dock to watch for wildlife along the river.

The updated interior is thoughtfully furnished for full family comfort. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV or mix up some refreshments at the mini-fridge-equipped bar for an afternoon happy hour. New stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and handy extras like a blender, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle ensure you'll have everything you need for meal and snack prep. All three bedrooms feature a smart TV for added flexibility. the primary suite boasts a dedicated desk/WFH station, a large closet, and a private en suite with a luxurious rain-style shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
