You can explore Jerusalem from this central location and visit the Old City, Downtown Jerusalem, the German Colony, the famous Jerusalem Theater, Mamila Mall and all the little hidden and wonderful shopping streets.
An extra added attraction is your hostess, Iris, who knows Jerusalem like the back of her hand and can give you lots of tips and secrets that only a native knows to make your stay even more enjoyable.

I was born and raised in the spectacular city of Jerusalem. My family is one of the first families of Jerusalem .
I studied sociology and social anthropology at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
For many years I worked with my parents in their well-known jewelry store which was located on the famous shopping street Ben Yehuda. I met people from all over the world and that's what made me want to run this beautiful apartment.

We stayed here in December 2015 and everything was fine. The apartments show itself exactly as it is in the photos, very clean and functional. A very good plus for us was the easy parking always available on the street next to the building. The owner, Iris, has always been ready to help us to make our staying more comfortable.
Definitley we suggest this option to everyone.
My friend and I booked for the whole month of October and we could not have been more pleased. The apartment is on the top floor, super clean and extremely comfortable. It felt like home. It was wonderful to stay in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood so close to all the sites but yet away from the noise and hustle of all the tourist attractions. Everything was in walking distance. We enjoyed the experience of living in an upper class area of Jerusalem, near the President's residence. We walked to the Old City, the German Colony, the Market, Ben Yehuda Street, etc. We were thrilled to experience the celebrations in the community of Sukkot and Shabbat. It was a joyful community.
Iris was extremely helpful; she was always available to make recommendations and to give directions. She shared her favorite neighborhood coffee shop and restaurant that we frequented repeatedly. The amenities, layout and size of the apartment were as described and felt large with the high ceilings. Everything was fresh and clean. We will definitely return every chance we get. You won't be disappointed with this place.
My family of four (two adults, two children) stayed for four nights. The apartment was absolutely perfect! Very light and airy, very clean, great layout, and in an excellent location. The owner, Iris, was very helpful and personable. The neighborhood is quiet, with a grocery store, cafes, bank with an ATM, and a couple of restaurants just a short walk from the apartment. Easy walk to the Old City. We rented a car for day trips around Israel, and the parking is excellent--we never had a problem finding a space right near/next to the apartment regardless of what time of day/evening we arrived back. I have already recommended this apartment to family and friends.
The owner struck the perfect balance of being helpful without being intrusive. She also went out of her way to make sure our visit to Jerusalem(not just her apartment) went well. When there was a small problem with the car rental company, instead of telling me what to do, she called for me and quickly solved a problem that would have taken me much longer to fix.
The apartment itself was clean and well located on a quiet street. All in all a great experience.

My family, including three teenagers, stayed in this apartment for six days. All of us enjoyed the stay. The apartment was exactly after the description: nice and clean. The location was central, and there was parking on the street outside the building. The owner was friendly and availible to help if it was needed. I can absolutelly recommand this apartment, and we would like to return another time.
