This property sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. There are 4 queen sized beds and 3 queen sized sofa sleepers.
It has a unique open space design with custom one of a kind art throughout the property.
We were there for 2 nights and just used the place to go to sleep. Enough room for al 14 of us. We could never get the garage door to open from the outside, so we had to go to the front of the house to open it from the inside. Overall it was a good location and the place was clean and well kept.
Me and my family enjoyed staying at this property for some days, great communication with the owner, everything matched the description.
Very organized, peaceful and super clean spot,we were passing by the area on our summer vacation, and I'm so thankful for such experience, they offered to help us if we ever needed anything.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was a great home-base for visting family around the Bay area.
The condo was larger than we imagined, comfortably fitting our group of 12! The living room and kitchen were very spacious and the extra large capacity washer & dryer was a real bonus. Kids really enjoyed the large variety of TV channels!!
We wished there were more cutlery and glasses and TP; and the pool was not under servicing but those were just very minor.
Above all, Christopher was super attentive to all our emails/messages. Thank you!!

The property was very convenient to everywhere we needed to get to. The neighborhood was quiet and great for a run. I really liked the well equipped kitchen and large family/dining area. It was perfect for our large family and for entertaining. Plenty of coffee, linens, towels, plates, etc. Only reason I can not give it 5 star review was the trash that was remaining from the previous guests in the garage. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
My family stayed at Christopher's rental while looking at Colleges for my daughter. It was centrally located to all the campuses with easy access to the
freeways. The townhouse was spotless, very spacious and comfortable . It was a real plus, having three bedrooms, but there was abundant space to house many more people. Christopher was professional, gracious, and a pleasure to work with. We really felt welcomed during our stay in Milpitas.
The property is beautifully nestled in the heart of Silicon Valley with easy access to Levis Stadium, Great America, Santa Clara Convention, SAP Center, San Jose Convention Center, Great Mall of the Bay Area and so much more.

The hosted model rate is $150 per night, which sleeps up to 6 people. There are two queen beds in the master bedroom with private bath that sleeps 4. There's a sofa sleeper in the family room that sleeps 2. You can use both bathrooms and the rest of the place, but my room would not be available. Non-hosted model is $200 per night, which means I'm gone and you can use my room to sleep 2 more.
