This is the perfect 'Home Away from Home' in Downtown Charleston for your family. Located within the 'Historical District' of this river bound peninsula town, you will be able to easily walk to all its treasured sites. This large and luxurious home is on the first floor of a traditional porch fronted Charleston home on a VERY quiet residential street, exactly across from one of the most beautiful and the most expensive Antebellum Mansion in all of Charleston. The 15' x 20' Livingroom/Dining room has two fireplaces. The large kitchen is newly renovated with granite countertops, etc. A brand new master bath features exotic marble & glass tiles and fixtures including a deep jetted tub and imported designer sink. Chandeliers and plantation palm frond ceiing fans are everywhere. Plantation shutters filter the light at the many windows.

Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds and one has an Antique Full/Double Bed. All are fitted with the best of linens for your upmost comfort. Max. 6.

Great rental! Highly recommend!!

We stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding and I could not have asked for a better rental property! Despite what others have said, I thought that the apartment was very clean. The owners were extremely accommodating when our flights got moved and we had to rearrange the nights that we were staying. There was also something that was accidentally left at the apartment and the cleaners were very helpful and mailed it back to me. The location was beautiful.. quick walk to the downtown area, but very serene and quiet neighborhood!

Wonderful location and very comfortable and attractive home

My family and I enjoyed our time in Charleston very much. The apartment was very roomy, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for walking to various points of interest. We would definitely return!

Good Location

The place was clean and in good shape. Some of the chairs and couches had some stains but overall clean. The air conditioner would not cool down the house when it got hot in the middle of the day. It stayed at around 76 to 77 degrees in the middle of the day. Parking is a problem if you have more than one car but that is just the way it is in the Historic district. The window next to the front door would not lock and that was a concern when we went out. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was great. With a few minor fixes I would consider staying there again as it was convenient to everything. The neighbors were super nice.

Gem in heart of Charleston

Beautiful home in a perfect location. About a mile from King Street. We love to walk and actually brought our bikes. Uber is a great way to get around more quickly. Well appointed and very clean. Parking passes were provided for the street which has restrictions M-F.

The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well (important in June!), everything was in good working order. Any questions that we had were answered and addressed promptly.

We were 2 couples which worked well as 2 of the bedrooms had on suite baths. The third bedroom does not, so would suggest if more people are in the house that they are comfortable sharing a bathroom.

A wonderful sitting porch out front and a private courtyard out back.

Would definitely go back!

Charleston

Our stay in Charleston was very enjoyable. The home on Montague was convenient to the major attractions. It is located within an easy walk (approximately 1 mile or less ) to most of the restaurants on Bay, Market and King streets and sits across from one of the very beautiful historic homes in Charleston that is currently on the market for $16 million. The home is clean and well equipped.
