Located in the heart of the Upper West Side, steps from Central Park and many wonderful shops and restaurants, this bright, sunny large one bedroom apartment faces the garden side of the building. It is located two flights up in a gut renovated historic brownstone townhouse.

It boasts high ceilings, hardwood floors, large windows with drapes and custom blinds, and Elfa custom-designed closets. .

The living area comes complete with a full-size sofa-bed, a state-of-the-art media center with 32” HDTV and a Playstation 3 Blu-ray Player ready for streaming (Netflix, Youtube, etc. ), WiFi Router as well four RJ45 jacks for broadband internet connection.

The bedroom is home to a queen size bed , a dresser and a large closet.

The eat-in kitchen features granite counter tops and brand new stainless steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. It is also fully stocked with all the basics you will need for day-to-day living: a toaster, coffee maker, and electric water kettle. The glass kitchen table overlooks the garden of the building and completely private.

The European-tiled bathroom has a bathtub and shower in tub, extensive storage below and above the sink, and a toilet.

Additional amenities:

Please kindly note: $ 1,500 security deposit for up to a month stay and a full month security deposit for more than 30 days stay is payable to host when guests move in. The security deposit will be refunded after moving out by the host.

The utilities are to be discussed with the host for stays of 30 days or longer.

The living Room and bedroom have their own separate remote controlled AC units.

This apartment is well equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment and has a fantastic location on the UWS. Minutes from the "1" subway line and only a bit more to the "C", it is accessible to all of Manhattan. Central Park is 1.5 blocks away and there are a great number of popular restaurants nearby, not to mention the world famous grocery, Zabars. Tenants will find the owner and property manager very accommodating and helpful. The apartment's space is well designed and functional and will easily fit the needs of those wishing to be "New Yorkers", if only for a few weeks.

A Gem in the Big Apple!

Unit 6 in this brownstone is a very special place three dozen steps up from a wonderful neighborhood. Great for the legs and heart. It is so quiet and welcoming, a haven. The quality of light from the kitchen courtyard window draws you, and you don't want to leave. The kitchen is open to the sitting area so the unit does not feel cramped, and it is well equipped. The bedroom is comfortable and it is separate if you want some "space". I was surprised at the amount of storage space, as we moved in for 34 days to babysit our latest grandson nearby. The air conditioning is A-1, and we needed it this October. When I read the reviews about Izi I thought they sounded too good to be true, but this is a man you would wish to be in charge of your space. He is responsive, organized, and oh so charming! Bottom line, we were so sad leaving. I hope the kids have another baby so we can come back!
