As someone with a degree in hotel management, I love to be able to accommodate our guest as if they are home. Their satisfaction is very important to us.
Why Izi chose Upper West Side
We restored this 1880's brownstone preserving all of historic features, but in the same time providing all the luxury with high tech communication infrastructure of an office. For example every corner of the apartments are wired for 100 GB internet connection.
What makes this Apartment unique
We have I believe a unique property in one of the nicest areas of Manhattan with all the amenities we could possibly offer, ie; high speed wired and WIFI internet, Custom made European kitchen with Miele Appliances, Washer/Dryer, IP based video intercom etc.

great location, great apartment, great owner and manager
1 BR apt and bath perfect. Everything is there; two washers and dryers in basement. location is 2 blocks from subway lines 1 and b/c and 2 blocks from central park.
Izi (owner) and Elio ( manager) meet all your needs.
This apartment is well equipped with top-of-the-line kitchen equipment and has a fantastic location on the UWS. Minutes from the "1" subway line and only a bit more to the "C", it is accessible to all of Manhattan. Central Park is 1.5 blocks away and there are a great number of popular restaurants nearby, not to mention the world famous grocery, Zabars. Tenants will find the owner and property manager very accommodating and helpful. The apartment's space is well designed and functional and will easily fit the needs of those wishing to be "New Yorkers", if only for a few weeks.
A Gem in the Big Apple!
Unit 6 in this brownstone is a very special place three dozen steps up from a wonderful neighborhood. Great for the legs and heart. It is so quiet and welcoming, a haven. The quality of light from the kitchen courtyard window draws you, and you don't want to leave. The kitchen is open to the sitting area so the unit does not feel cramped, and it is well equipped. The bedroom is comfortable and it is separate if you want some "space". I was surprised at the amount of storage space, as we moved in for 34 days to babysit our latest grandson nearby. The air conditioning is A-1, and we needed it this October. When I read the reviews about Izi I thought they sounded too good to be true, but this is a man you would wish to be in charge of your space. He is responsive, organized, and oh so charming! Bottom line, we were so sad leaving. I hope the kids have another baby so we can come back!
The location was ideal, the apartment was elegant, clean and modern, and the manager was super-helpful. Made our stay in New York especially wonderful.
Between Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue. Conveniently located in the heart of Upper West Side, one block away from Central Park and B-C-1 Line subway stations for easy access everywhere in Manhattan. The Upper West Side is a neighborhood of the borough of Manhattan in New York City that lies between Central Park and the Hudson River above West 59th Street and below West 125th Street. It encompasses the neighborhood of Morningside Heights. Like the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side is primarily a residential and commercial area, with many of its residents working in more commercial areas in Midtown and Lower Manhattan. While these distinctions were never hard-and-fast rules, and now mean little, it has the reputation of being home to New York City's affluent cultural and artistic workers, in contrast to the Upper East Side, which is perceived to be traditionally home to affluent commercial and business types. The neighborhood is decidedly upscale with the median household income above the Manhattan average.
