Meet and Greets
Please provide your arrival time as one of our staff will meet you at the apartment to give you access. If you are arriving after 6pm, an additional fee will apply. Please enquire. Full details will be emailed to you once your booking is confirmed and fully paid for.

Any delays not notified in advance (at least 3 hours before scheduled arrival ) will incur an additional $60 call out fee.
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

1.Please relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.
2.Please email Lisa if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please call Lisa on *****.
10.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes etc in the kitchen.
13.Please ensure the keys that you used during your stay are left inside in the appropriate place.
14.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
15.Please ensure that the keys from the key safe are returned after locking the door on your departure. Any loss of keys will incur $75 charge.
16. Please do not wear high heeled or spiky soled shoes on the timber floors. Any damage to the floors surface will be charged to your bond.
17.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
6 Stars!! Our first trip to Melbourne was a very rewarding experience! We were greeted by Michael - at the designated time (which is so helpful when arriving after a very long trip from the US). He was very personable & informative concerning the apartment & questions that we had about Melbourne. Prior to our trip to Melbourne, Lisa with Rejuvenate Stays, kept us very informed and made our arrival free of stress! As for the apartment - so very spacious, unlike a lot of vacation rentals; modern furniture and great comfortable beds! Also - being on the 5th floor - the elevator was much appreciated! Just stepping out of the entrance of the building - you're immediately in the area of myriads of restaurants & shops! Yes - the saying " Location, location, location! " couldn't be truer! Also - being in the center of activity - the apartment was very quiet - even though there were many restaurants & shops located directly below! Would give 258 Flinders Lane a 6 star rating! Enjoy!
