Separate entrance, kitchen, bath, laundry, and HVAC. Available for monthly rental. Walk-able to Downtown Golden, and Clear Creek. Lots of restaurants, shopping, a wine bar, and micro-breweries close by. Quiet Neighborhood. Private separate entrance Full Bath & Full kitchen (no dishwasher). One Bedroom w/ closet, TV with cable, and queen bed. Washer dryer included. All utilities and WiFi are included. Fully Furnished There is a small non fenced backyard and 2 off street (tandem) parking spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Some newer and some older properties nearby. Lots of active people in the Golden area, and lots of outdoor activities to be had around town. Depending on where you work, a bicycle will get you around most of Golden in the summer, but a car is much warmer in the winter! There are buses on this block and those connect with the light rail. The ceiling is low so it would be better if you were less than 6’2". The unit is small so best for just one person.
