Nestled in the hills just above the Roxy Ann Winery and minutes from Roxy Ann Peak hiking trails, this beautifully furnished and unusually large 2 story luxury unit has amazing views of the nearby vineyard, the valley and surrounding mountains. High above and behind the owner’s home on their gated property, this very private, unique and tranquil space has countless amenities.
Not only is the Roxy Ann Retreat a perfect location for a romantic getaway, but it also offers enough floor space to accommodate families with small children (if you bring your own travel crib or aero bed).
Centrally located, it’s a quick drive to Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Jacksonville, Rogue River, Lake of the Woods and surrounding areas.
Relax on the deck with your loved ones (or from the large window in the bedroom) and watch our breathtaking sunsets, after a day of wine tasting, theatre or rafting.
We look forward to your visit.

Wonderful home in a gorgeous location!
We Loved it!
After visiting family it is always nice to come back to Roxyann Retreat
Very beautiful carriage house with all possible amenities. The view is spectacular. We loved it!
Beautiful, large space
I stayed here while attending the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland. The drive was between 20 and 25 minutes each way. The apartment was one of the nicest VRBO's I've stayed in; a large space, quiet, private, safe and beautiful. As long as you have a car, don't mind the drive and can do stairs, this is a great place to be!
We love this place!
We stay here about once a month!
Clean and spacious for two
This house is clean, spacious (for two), well-stocked and in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the view from the large bedroom window in particular, with shades that can be lowered from the top to watch the sunset while still affording privacy. The house is located fairly conveniently for the basics, which for us included an Albertson's, Starbucks and some good hiking trails. We only had the need to contact the owners once and Elyse was responsive and helpful.
lakes, art, music, live theater (Oregon Shakespeare Festival, among others). Other Activities: Boating, Snowboarding, Health/Beauty Spa, Shopping, Wildlife Viewing, Racquetball
