Located in the exclusive East-side neighborhood two blocks from Canyon Road, the famed arts and crafts historic district. The Art and Soul of Santa Fe; Canyon Road boasts more art galleries per capita then any city other than New York. This light filled adobe home is just around the corner from a quaint tea house/coffee shop and three of my very favorite Santa Fe restaurants! Geronimo`s, El Farol, and The Compound. El Caminto is located 1.2 miles from the Plaza, which is about a 20 minute walk.
El Caminito is a newly renovated, high end, one bedroom, one bath historic adobe with two kiva fireplaces, wood-beamed viga ceilings, wood and tile floors. The furnishings are tasteful and impeccable. Your vacation home has a gourmet kitchen, with granite counter tops, high-end appliances as well as a large dining room table. There is a kiva fireplace in the kitchen as well. A second kiva fireplace makes the queen-size bedroom romantic and something well beyond charming. There is a gorgeous bathroom off of the bedroom with a walk-in shower. Your bedroom has a walk- in closet.
In addition to the sun room, study, kitchen, bedroom and bath, is the most inviting roof deck ever with upholstered seating as well as a small table for dining al fresco. The deck is warm with early afternoon sun and the newly added coyote fence surround provides ample privacy and comfort. With the home on the second floor of this four unit building, it provides light, air, and beautiful views. Light abounds everywhere in this beautiful home. Recently added split-zone air conditioning and heating provide comfort year round. This home has it all--AC, stereo, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, a reserved parking space and charm galore!
The home is a perfect spot to explore Santa Fe and all it has to offer as well as a place to restore your soul. A perfect getaway for a couple with no pets or smoking allowed, it is the ultimate in luxury and charm.

About Wendy Kapp and Associates
A note from Wendy Kapp- Owner of Two Casitas Santa Fe Vacation Rentals Having been raised in Chicago, my soul longed for the massive blue skies and mountains I first saw when my mother, well-known watercolor artist Phyllis Kapp of Waxlander Gallery, introduced me to this magnificent area when I was 6 years old. While returning west in 1975, I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico once again. I found the people here, especially back in '75, to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home. My extensive knowledge from living here for since 1975 makes me the perfect, local hostess to give you tips on making your stay memorable. I hope you come to love Santa Fe and, in-turn Two Casitas, as much as I do.
Why Wendy Kapp and Associates chose Historic Eastside
Location, location, location is why I chose these homes for our visitors. We want our guests to have the convenience of walking everywhere.
What makes this Condo unique

Quiet and close to everything!
The condo was perfect. It is very quiet, yet only a 10 minute walk to Canyon Rd. and a 20 minute walk to the plaza. The service was excellent as the management team contacted me the day of arrival to ensure everything was ok. They even left a small welcoming gift for us. Would definitely stay here again!
Everything you would need or want was there The kitchen and its furnishings were complete.
The art and decor were perfect. Great location. It's seemed difficult with those GPS directions but once you got there you could go your own way. Never had the air conditioner on once. Just open doors to n
Beautiful patio and living room windows and that's all you needed. We will return for next year's opera season!!!
Thank you for the review! We've had some hot weather this summer, but I am glad that you caught some good days. Santa Fe is and always has been slow to adapt to GPS, but we're glad that you were still able to explore our town and enjoy the ambiance! We hope to see you in Santa Fe again some time soon.
Perfection in every way
Perfect location - walking distance to everything. The casita is beautifully appointed - it's stunning and so Santa Fe. Every night we made sure we were home in time for the sunsets which did not disappoint and could be viewed from the terrace room. The weather was cold outside. We were warm and cozy on the inside. We will be back!
Thank you for the wonderful review! Felicidad has a wonderful location and setting, and we are thrilled that you took full advantage of it. We hope to see you in Santa Fe again some time soon!
Sunny 2nd floor apartment
Beautiful and sunny, just as listed. Everything you need in the kitchen. Owner was immediately responsive to our needs. Easy walk to canyon road art galleries and short driving distances from popular hiking. I would definitely stay there again.
Thank you for staying with Two Casitas and for sharing your experience! We are pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay in the El Caminito and that it was an easy walk. We are happy to have been of assistance and hope we have the opportunity to be your host again.
We were thrilled by this property! The space is the epitome of cozy and has a ton of Santa Fe charm! The casita was stocked with firewood when we arrived and there was even a little treat waiting on the kitchen table. The rental owners were in touch throughout our stay and when I sent a text with a question they responded immediately. This property is full of small and thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. 100% recommend--you won't be disappointed!!
Thank you for staying with Two Casitas. Our guest experience and comfort is of the utmost importance to us and we are excited to hear you had such a wonderful stay in the El Caminito. Thank you for sharing and we hope to have the pleasure of being your host again.
Exactly as described, sunlit and magnificent!
This is our second time choosing a property managed by Two Casitas and just as outstanding! We chose Santa Fe to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, we are from CT and I was drawn to the description of a sunlit home. That is exactly what we experienced. The attention to detail, including art work, window treatments, pottery etc is authentic and stunning. We wanted to a romantic getaway in one of our favorite places and this was exactly what we hoped for. This property is in a quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to Canyon Road and the plaza and drive to see the aspens in their full glory. You know you are having a great time when you spend most of your time discussing how you can't wait to return

And we love our roof deck--so nice to have a small private comfortable outdoor space to enjoy all of Santa Fe's seasons! Thanks for visiting and come back again soon!
