Great updated condo with fabulous view

My husband and I just returned from a week at this condo - it is in a great location - within walking distance to many restaurants and bars and right on the beach. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and we spent a lot of time hanging out there listening to the waves. We rented beach chairs from the Isle of Palms beach chair company and they set them up right in front of the property each day, which was very convenient. We did not use the kitchen much, but the appliances, cabinets, and countertops were all updated and in good condition. The condo was also very quiet - I did not hear noise from anyone next door. Nancy with Coastalina Realty was great to work with and made sure we had all the info we needed before arriving. We had a great stay and if we were coming back to the area we would love to stay here again.

Relaxing and Peaceful Vacation

We took a much needed family vacation to IOP. The location and view was fabulous! Sitting on the deck and watching to ocean was very peaceful & relaxing. The condo offered what we needed and was well kept. It is within walking distance to places to eat, shop & hang out. Not to mention, since it is on the beach, very short walk to it!! :)

Yes, there are a few loose tiles, but they were not in a place that was any bother to us. The owner has repaired broken ones & is in the process of trying to have them all repaired.

Highly recommend this place for a vacation!!

A Success Relaxing Gateaway

We are very pleased with this condo. The condo is as pictured in the advertisement. The view is breathtaking and you can see it from the kitchen, the living room AND the patio. Condo is on third floor with no elevator, but those 41 steps each way are great to burn the ice creams. :) The patio was a perfect place for me to read my book in the shade and still hear the ocean while enjoying ocean breeze. We are very excited to see the clean refrigerator, microwave and oven. The easy access to the beach and private pier were nice additions to our vacation. They supplied some beach chairs in the patio, love it since we forget to packed ours. I agreed with the previous review, a lot of lose tiles. We also had a problem with the DVD player but there were other things to do and it didn’t bother us. In addition, both bulbs on the breakfast bar are burned on the last day we were there. Nancy (property manager) was easy to reach and keep us up to date from the booking through our stay. Definitely will come back if we get the opportunity.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for the nice review. I am sorry about the dvd player, we are in the process of having it re-wired. Also the tiles have been ordered and the floor will be fixed as soon as they come in. I will put in new bulbs tommorrow. Glad I was able to be there for you eventhough we couldnt get the dvd working immediately. We hope to see you again in the future. thanks again for coming and we are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay.

Great location and ocean view for a reasonable price

Our overall stay at this property was good, great ocean view, nice pool and within a few hundred feet of several shops and local restaurants. We would have rated our stay excellent although the tile flooring throughout this unit has issues, numerous loose tiles and some are broken with sharp edges - the rest of the condo has been remodeled and is very nice, although I would recommend that you verify the flooring has been fixed prior to renting this unit. There were a few other minor issues although they would not keep me from staying here again.
