Downtown Apartment Rental Photos and Description

A spacious one bedroom plus den with expansive views of the city.

WINTER FLASH SALE!!! BOOK BEFORE DECEMBER 8 FOR ANY STAY IN JANUARY OR FEBRUARY FOR 10% OFF! USE CODE WINTERFLASH10 AT CHECK OUT.

Do you want to have the city at your feet, literally and figuratively? How about a penthouse view at a truly reasonable rate? This modern and sophisicated residence is in one of downtown Seattle's premiere addresses, and boasts a breathtaking view of the sparkling Seattle skyline, Elliott Bay, and a peek a boo view of Mt. Rainier through the buildings. As dusk falls, and the building lights start coming on, the view is truly magical!

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

p Walk into an open living space, with fully equipped kitchen, stocked for most basic cooking needs. We provide basic spices and olive oil along with the pots, pans, dishes, flatware and more.

A tastefully decorated living room area with Karndean wood floors provide luxuriously comfortable seating, as well as a pull out queen-sized tempur-pedic sleeper sofa for extra guests.  The dining table is nestled against the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows, and will provide an amazing view with your meal. /p p /p p /p

The bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed, high thread count sheets and a spacious closet. And that $1,000,000 viiew? Also available here! Every room, with the exception of the bathroom, looks out over our beautiful city! Speaking of the bathroom, here you will find a stackable washer and dryer and shower stall (no tub in this unit).

The condo is not the only feature worth talking about! This building features a 24 hour fitness center, an expansive roof top deck including a penthouse suite, so use-able all year round, and two Zip cars on site.

The neighborhood is also top-notch, with nightlife, clubs, museums, restaurants and the arts just steps from your door. We are in Seattle's eclectic Belltown neighborhood and one block away from the Seattle Center, so you are in the heart of Seattle's downtown, with the Space Needle, flagshp Nordstrom, the Convention Center, the Pike Place Market and the waterfront ALL within walking distance, or if you prefer, a very short bus or Monorail ride away!

Please be aware that A/C is not provided in this building(almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning).

Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

Glimmering Oasis stay

  • 4 of 5

The property was great! We did enjoy our stay, however, it was more costly than we intended to pay. We enjoyed the Space Needly, Pike's Market, the Underground Tour, the Harbour Cruise and the rooftop views.

No blackout shades, insufficient fans

  • 1 of 5

When we were able to get into the unit, I thought that the heater was running. The noise was from the cheap fans, 3 in the living area, that were blowing the hot air around. The mini blinds were opened allowing the unit to heat up. The unit never cooled down to a comfortable temperature, maybe 79 or 80 degrees inside. In the description under "inside amenities" it lists blackout shades. No blackout shades in this unit, only mini blinds, it was like sleeping in a room with a night light on. This was our first time staying at a vrbo, so maybe it's common to charge a cleaning fee and expect the users to empty the trash and wash the towels. The trash chute is down the hall near the elevator, not out of the way, but to access the recycle we had to go down to the lobby in the stinky garbage room to throw the recycles in the dumpster. I won't use Seattle Oasis, again.

More than we expected

  • 5 of 5

This is a very special property in a very convenient location. Everything was there you could need. Staying there was better than being home. Not a single complaint and will surely recommend it to anyone. Love the fact you can walk everywhere downtown. The top floor was so special with a 360 degree view, and a Keurig coffee maker available. Also, coffee and water in the lobby. No need to make coffee or go out. Being Vegan, there were an abundance of restaurants close-by to sample. Ran out of time to try them all.

Great value in Seattle!

  • 4 of 5

Overall we really enjoyed our stay, although we stayed on an uncharacteristically hot weekend and there was no air conditioning in the unit. That being said, there were numerous fans supplied for our use and the roof top deck was lovely and a great place to cool down in the evening. The unit was clean and well stocked and the area is fantastic, great access to Pike Place and the Space Needle and lots of restaurants. We had a great time in Seattle and would certainly return as we felt this condo was lovely and was a great value for the money.
