The bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed, high thread count sheets and a spacious closet. And that $1,000,000 viiew? Also available here! Every room, with the exception of the bathroom, looks out over our beautiful city! Speaking of the bathroom, here you will find a stackable washer and dryer and shower stall (no tub in this unit).
The condo is not the only feature worth talking about! This building features a 24 hour fitness center, an expansive roof top deck including a penthouse suite, so use-able all year round, and two Zip cars on site.
The neighborhood is also top-notch, with nightlife, clubs, museums, restaurants and the arts just steps from your door. We are in Seattle's eclectic Belltown neighborhood and one block away from the Seattle Center, so you are in the heart of Seattle's downtown, with the Space Needle, flagshp Nordstrom, the Convention Center, the Pike Place Market and the waterfront ALL within walking distance, or if you prefer, a very short bus or Monorail ride away!
Please be aware that A/C is not provided in this building(almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning).
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!

First the good stuff. This is a great location excellent view. We chose not to Rent-A-Car and it was very accessible to public transportation. There were just a few things that would've been handy to know. Like for instance the key fob does work to get you into the front door but you have to touch it to the little black box. I thought the key worked in the front door. Called to buzz us in and no answer. Had to go in through the garage. Unfortunately you have to walk up to the first floor because the call button doesn't work on the elevator in the garage. We were going to be there over Christmas and I knew finding a place to eat would be a problem so we wanted to cook utilizing the barbecue. Two days before hand I tried it and it wouldn't work (Cooking the steak in the oven set off the smoke alarm. That was fun). three phone calls and two days later they figured it out. (The white knob marked fire pit also turns on the gas for the bbq's ) unfortunately its now Christmas Eve and anyplace to buy good BBQ fodder is closed. Minor issues really but sure would have been handy to know.
The apartment is so well appointed and the views are incredible. What a great city and this is the place to stay to have easy access to all that makes Seattle great.
Fantastic condo in a perfect location for exploring Seattle! Beautifully furnished, comfortable bed, clean, fully stocked kitchen and amazing view of the bay and city. Highly recommend staying with Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals!
Super clean and convenient to all downtown activities. And the view.....well, you can see that for yourself! Will definitely stay here again.
Great communication, lovely flat with well thought out amenities, perfect for two people.
The property was great! We did enjoy our stay, however, it was more costly than we intended to pay. We enjoyed the Space Needly, Pike's Market, the Underground Tour, the Harbour Cruise and the rooftop views.
