Ross and Amy are long-time residents of the area. Ross grew up in Greenwood, went to Elon College (now University) and returned to Charlottesville upon graduation to join his great-uncle in real estate. Amy grew up in the Shenandoah Valley, moved to Charlottesville to attend UVA and after graduation, couldn't leave! We love living here.
Our real estate office shares the upper floor with the apartment and we live in nearby Sugar Hollow.
Located right in the village of Crozet within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Only a quick drive to local vineyards and breweries as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway and hiking.
The loft was very convenient to everything we wanted to see. The weather was nice in April for our stay and the dogwoods were beautiful. Crozet was a very nice little town and the winery's were all very nice. We'd like to thank the owners for allowing our furry baby come with us. We would rent the loft again and recommend it to our friends and family.
We had a wonderful stay! Amy, the manager is great to work with!. Even though it rained a lot, we still enjoyed the stay. For the special occasion that we were celebrating, this place made it all so special. We didn't expect all the accommodations that were available, but they were excellent. The location was great--right in the middle of this quaint little town. The people in the area were very friendly and eager to help us learn more about the area by suggesting other places to visit. We would book this accommodation again and hopefully stay longer than what we able to this time. We will recommend it to friends and family!
The owners were accommodating and responsive.
Crozet is a small place, but everything we needed for our short stay was within a 3 minute walk. My wife and I will rent this loft again.
This was a great place in a cool little town.
The fresh bread and selection of coffee was a very nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.
Loved this loft! Loved everything about it! The owners were kind and let us check in early. They had fresh bagels, banana bread for us. Fridge was stocked with water, oj, milk, sugsr, and coffee! There were soaps, towels, all the bathroom necessities we might have needed..
Such little touches, really made us feel special.
The location was perfect. Within walking distance to 3 great restaurants, a marvelous coffee shop, and a grocery store.
Loved hearing the train across the way, we ran down to watch it go by.
The loft was perfect for us. No complaints!! We will be staying there again, on our next visit 😊~jen
Great location, surrounded by restaurant and brewery options. Very cozy apartment. Love that it is dog friendly! A great location for staying before hiking and for relaxing and grabbing dinner out.
