Everything worth while is either within 10 minutes in a taxi.( shopping malls, restaurants, banks, grocery stores) or within a short ride across the island (The Atlantis Resort & Paradise Island, Downtown Shopping, Art Galleries, night life and larger malls and movie theaters). Paradise awaits.

This Townhouse is for a couple who just wants to get away from a busy life.

Complete Luxury Living in the Bahamas!

I must say that I was skeptical of booking this timeshare because the luxurious look on the pictures did not match up to the price. I took a chance and decided to book. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I honestly thought that there could not have been a better condo to rent for this price. The location was about 10-15 minute drive from the downtown area but the location was tranquil and totally private and secured. If you are renting a car and don't mind a short drive to local grocery stores etc. this unit is perfect for rental! The owner of this unit has a great taste for high end items based on the look and feel of this unit. Both rooms are huge and have comfortable beds as well as sleeper sofas that my guest slept comfortably on. I was impressed with the size of the kitchen and how perfect it was for entertaining. The flat screen television was equipped with Direct TV and a movie box. If you have play video games there is a Play Station game for your enjoyment. There was a house phone that could make long distance calls and high speed internet. The AC cools down this huge house within 30 minutes or less and if you want, just open up the windows and allow cool breeze to flow through. There was a huge cabana on the outside with nice chairs to enjoy the water creek with mangroves that displays a beautiful part of the tropical vegetation. I was truly amazed with this unit and recommend it to any and everyone travelling to Nassau for a vacation who plan to rent a car. Thank you Mrs. Rosensteel for opening your doors and allowing to experience luxury living for an affordable price.

Also, there is a property manager available 24/7 that will take care of any and all issues. I called because I did not know how to turn on the AC and the property manager remotely turned it on for me with his smart phone. This unit is complete luxury folks!

Awful experience. Total scam. Credit card fraud.

What a disaster. No AC the first night. The electricity went out twice for 10 hour stretches and the owner didn't have back up generators as most rental places do on the island. Very poor internet connection. And the credit card I used was hit with multiple fraudulent charges while we were there.

Owner's Response: We are sorry to see the unfortunate review that Bob had regarding our property. At times things go wrong and it is your responsibility to respond as soon as you can. Other things are completely out of your contol. Regarding the air conditioning, it was an unfortunate circumstance that there was an issue with lack of frion that could not be addressed till the following morning as the problem was not discovered till late in the evening. There were two periods of power outages, but this was island wide, not just confined to our property. We could have had a back up generator, but if we did we would have to raise the rental price to cover this cost. Most of our patrons prefer the lower cost rather than the insurance of a back up generator, especially since these outages are rare. The internet connection can be limited to certain areas of the building, but this is simply because the property is completely built of concrete block, including even the interior walls which are 4 inch block (extremely safe during bad storms or hurricanes). Most troubling, though, was the ascertion that we had anything to do with fraudulent credit card charges. We never have access to the credit card information. This is only given to the internet rental agency who transfers the funds to our account. We are not doubting that there were fraudulent charges, it just could not have had anything to do with us, as it would have not been physically possible. We wish that Bob would have addressed his dissatisfaction with the property directly with us. We would have made every attempt to ensure that he was satisfied, even if it meant crediting part of his rental fee.
