Situated on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, this fabulous one bedroom apartment is crafted to be your home away from home. The open-plan layout of the living and dining areas creates a fluid ambiance throughout the apartment, placing everything you need within easy reach. In the living area, a plush l-shaped sofa awaits, perfectly positioned in front of a flat-screen TV—a splendid spot to unwind after a bustling day exploring the city. Large windows grace the living area, opening onto a private balcony where you can bask in the beauty of sunsets and the sea views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, transforming meal preparation into a joy for culinary enthusiasts. The sleek countertops and modern cabinetry contribute an air of sophistication to the space. Gather around the dining table that comfortably accommodates six for delightful meals. The bedroom showcases a sumptuous bed adorned with Key Views' signature linen—so soft and cosy that getting out of bed in the morning becomes a delightful challenge. The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
