25th Floor Studio With Beautiful Ocean, Mountain and Diamond Head Views

The unit is in the Aqua Pacific Monarch, in the heart of Waikiki. We are steps away from famous Waikiki beach, world class shopping and restaurants.

This unit has been newly remodeled with a brand new bathroom, large shower, granite counters, beautiful new flooring, all new furniture and mattress. This studio sleeps up to 2 people.

Enjoy the ocean, Diamond Head, City and mountain views during the day and beautiful, romantic city lights at night.

Building also has a heated rooftop pool, sauna and Jacuzzi with panoramic views.

There are many restaurants within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife.

Right across the street from the Pacific Monarch there are multiple convenience stores and many restaurants to choose from, such as a high end steak house, Mexican and Japanese and Italian restaurants, small cafes, frozen yogurt and even fast food restaurants. Also, Tokyo's famous teppanyaki restaurant, Jinroku, just opened up in the building.


The building and the entire neighborhood is very safe. There is 24 hr front desk, should you need any assistance during your stay.

Free printing of boarding passes.

Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.

A travel desk is located in the lobby for tours and local attractions.

Covered parking is available in the building, for a daily rate of $24, payable at the parking booth.

Condominium was adquate for Stay

Pro's: Short walk to Waikiki Beach, was quiet in the building, staff at the front desk was very helpful with lots of information. Restaurants, beaches, shopping, and other venues very close by. Condominium was adequate for 2 people, was nice, clean, and well taken care of. Owner was pleasant, and helpful. Minor issues with bathroom plumbing, was solved by owner immediately.

Cons: Parking was expensive and unsecured, front desk staff was helpful in finding other secured parking 2 blocks away. The lanai was small and didn't feel safe up on the 25th floor. Air Conditioning in the condo was inadequate for 90 degree humid weather. It cooled but not adequately, location of AC blew over the bed. Wish we could have used the pool/hot tub. Couldn't because it was closed for maintenance.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. Very clean and tidy with an amazing view! Has all amenities that you need. Julia was great to deal with and always got back to us quickly when we contacted her. We stayed for three weeks and will definitely book again for our next trip.

Great place to stay!

A very clean studio apartment with nice furnishings and spacious enough for the two of us. We had everything in the kitchen we needed if we had wanted to cook. A very nice place to stay and very close to the beach, restaraunts, shopping, and the bus stop ( very easy Bus service) The view is amazing and we were very happy with our stay!

location location location

My wife and I loved this rental. 5 min walk to waikiki beach. The neighborhood was safe and the rental was clean with a fantastic view of the beach. The unit had coffeemaker, mini fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates and even a blender. We would definitely stay here again. So many restaurants and ABC stores in the area. We found a nice farmers market in the area as well as a grocery store. Also view from the rooftop pool is awesome. Front desk was really great to deal with. Thank you Julia for having us!

Excellent location, beautiful condo.

My husband and I stayed in this condo and were very, very happy with it. The location was handy to shopping, eating and the beach and the view was amazing. The condo was just the right size for what we required. The bed was really comfortable and along with the air conditioning and fan it made for wonderful sleeps while we were there. I would highly recommend this property.
