This is no ordinary unit! This newly listed unit has been completely transformed. It's been stripped down to the studs, ceilings were raised and the bedroom can be opened up to the rest of the unit to expand the living area if you prefer.
The expanded kitchen has all new stainless steal appliances, a tile back-splash, large pantry and extra tall cabinets with soft close hardware. The bathroom has been fully renovated with new fixtures, walk in shower and and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sq foot unit also benefits from impact windows, modern 12 x 24 inch tile floors and plantation shutters.
The unit is located in Sunset House, one of the lowest density buildings on the beach. It is located on the third floor and faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf and spectacular sunset. It is an end unit and benefits from having an extra window on the side in addition to the two other windows and door to the balcony flooding the unit with natural light.
The unit has a dedicated covered parking space. The complex is well managed and maintained with an over-sized pool and tropical landscaping. There is an inviting social room, BBQ area and of course there is direct private beach access.
This unit has proven so popular that another unit has been fashioned in a very similar style. So if your dates are not available, please ask about alternative units.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this stunning new unit. The views were incredible and we enjoyed easy access to the beach for our morning walks. We also enjoyed the large pool and had no difficulty in getting chairs.
The unit itself was by far the best we have stayed at in our four trips to Marco Island. We have paid more and we have paid less, and we can easily say this unit offered the best value for money. Rooms were flooded with sunlight. Everything was fresh and new and completed to a high standard. The pictures accurately portrayed the unit. We found the bed extremely comfortable and loved waking up to views of the Gulf. The shower pressure was good and the extra shower jets/ features were fun to try.
The building was friendly and was in easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.
We visit every other year and will definitely be back! We highly recommend the unit.
We were very pleased and comfortable in this newly remodeled efficiency unit. The colors and furnishings were very contemporary and the view of the beach was beautiful. The sunsets were awesome. We loved the way the sleeping area could be closed off for privacy and the murphy bed could be raised for more space. The other tenants in this building were very friendly and the pool area and beach access were wonderful. We are looking forward to the next time we can stay.
