My family of 10 loved this property! It was spacious and clean with everything we needed on hand!

We really enjoyed this large home for the family. It was great to be able to gather for coffee and breakfast then get ready and head to Disneyland. The property manager, Randy , could not have been nicer and made sure we had everything we needed. The walk to the park was easy and going through security at the Downtown Disney entrance was much shorter than the main gate. Don’t hesitate a moment to rent this home.. you and your family will have a great time!

Gorgeous and large home

The house was big enough to fit all of our family (8 adults and 4 kids). It was very close to the parks. The property managers were very responsive and kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Disney Vacation for 13

Our stay was enjoyable and the house worked out pretty good :)

Pros:

-Convenient walk to Disneyland (apprx. 20 min)

-Kitchen was well stocked, except we did have to run to the store for paper towels because they only supplied one roll, which was no big deal.

-They allowed us to drop off our bags earlier than check-in

-Plenty of space and the kids thought the Disney themed rooms were awesome.

Cons:

-The floor was left filthy. We even arrived after they mopped?? At the end of the night everyone had black, dirty feet after walking around the house. So bring slippers :)

-The bathtub. The tile seemed new but the bathtub has had a lot of use and it definitely showed in an uncleanable way. After a long day it would've been nice to put the babies in the bathtub but we decided on the showers instead. The tub ended up being for washing feet.

-The cute decorative pillows, stuffed animals, and rugs you see in all the pictures need to be cleaned and washed. Most were dirty, some even smelly, we just took them off and set them aside.

All that being said, just know that they have a lot of rules and you'll be sent a decent sized rental agreement that you have to sign that's not through Homeaway. The owners were easy to contact and were pretty accommodating but if the pool is what draws you in, just know that because of all the rules it's not as enjoyable as it could be and I wouldn't let it be your deciding factor.

Perfect place to stay for a Disneyland trip

Fantastic home! Beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our group of 12. And very easy walking distance to Downtown Disney and the parks. Highly recommend!

Four and one-half stars

The walk to Disneyland wasn't as quick or easy as others described it but still manageable. We did enjoy watching fireworks from the front porch. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, we were grateful for the use of the washer and dryer, and the property manager was VERY nice and accommodating.There were a few minor issues (no DVDs in cases, ice machine in freezer frozen up, pool table broken, pool/ pool area not as clean as expected) however, overall our five night stay (with 12 people) was nice.
