This specious 5 bedroom pool house is conveniently located across from Disneyland and near the conventions center and Downtown Disneyland.

Great house for a family vacation, close to Disney

This house is wonderful. Choosing a house over a hotel/motel near Disney was the best decision we made for accommodation. My family were traveling with 7 adults and 3 young children (under age 6). With that in mind, the house has 5 bedrooms. So it was easy to spread out. The children had their own room and the adults chose between king and queen size beds.

With the small ones in tow, it was helpful to be nearby. The house has 2 strollers for use that were extremely handy. The front gate to the park when walking with children was closer to 20-25 minutes however a healthy adult could knock it out in about 15-20mins.

The pool was perfect! During our visit the temperature ranged from 68'f-85'f. We requested that the pool be heated more to allow the kids to swim and not freeze. The management will happily increase the pool temp by 10'f above outside temperature for a $25/day charge. The pool got a ton of good use and was especially handy during the afternoons after cruising the parks all morning. Being close enough we would return to the house mid afternoon, relax and swim, then head back to the park after an early dinner to continue having fun.

A few items to note:

With children it is a short drive to the drop off/pick up location. If one of your party can drive then it is much easier and less tiring to exercise that option.

Groceries: The Food Savers grocery store is a block away from the house. It is cheap and has everything you need for your stay. We trekked out to Walmart and Costco only to find this store on the way back. A waste of our time.

Bring earplugs if you prefer not to listen to the drag racing going on at night out on Katella Way.

Bring comfy shoes.

Overall we had a great stay, the property management were very helpful and responsive. The park is close to the park, and it is a more relaxing option for families with children. Will definitely recommend this house to others.

Very Nice Place

The home is very nice and clean. Its a short walk to the parks or $7 Uber. Be prepared to follow a lot of rules. This is more because of the City than the home owners. All in all a great experience.

Great location and family friendly!

Our whole family of 10 stayed here. We felt like we had lots of space for each person. The kids LOVED the pool. The house had a couple life jackets which was nice so the younger kids could play in the deep end. Great location to Disneyland for walking each day. It took us 20 min to walk to the gates (our youngest was 5). We rented a car which was great for groceries but noticed a small grocery store near by. If you enjoy soft beds, this is the house for you! The house had a couple things that needed attention but the manager was very helpful to make our stay awesome. Overall we were extremely happy with our vacation at this house.

The Happiest Place on Earth

This home was absolutely the best!! It was PERFECT!! It was "kid" friendly, very clean, well stocked, and tons of fun. We walked everyday to Disney - took us 15 minutes with small grandchildren and strollers to get to downtown Disney. There is a great pizza place (Marri's) and a small market walking distance from the home. Our friend that was staying with us even drove to Costco - she said about 2.5 miles away. The property manager, Randy was fantastic!! He was very helpful - even when you lock yourself out of the house! LOL I can not think of anything that I would change concerning our trip to the "Happiest Place on Earth"!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!

Great location but....

Great location to Convention Center. You could tell the home housed a LOT of kids and babies. Parking is not ideal (no parking in driveway or street).
