A comfortable condo that will have you focusing on sun, sand, and splashing adventure as soon as you walk through the door! An excellent view and great shoreline maximize your vacation experience, while shops, restaurants, and other activities are a short drive away. Pool, hot tub, boat ramp/docks, and fishing are all convenient features on the sound side of the complex. A convenient walkway from the oceanfront deck leads to the closest beach access.
Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach accesses for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool and rejuvenating hot tub, open May through September. The clubhouse oversees the swimming pool and hot tub, and is available for homeowners and guests to reserve for small functions. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited, and is used on a first-come-first-serve basis. Internet is provided for the entire Queen's Grant community, and is accessible in all properties.
D-113 offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bed sizes include a King, a Queen, 2 Twins, and 2 Rollaways (Twins). Pillows, spreads, and blankets are provided. Linens are NOT provided, but are available for rental.
This property is located at 926 N. Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. It is in Building D on the ocean side, on the first level.
NO SMOKING permitted inside the property or on its decks. NO PETS permitted inside the property or on the premises.
This property requires a 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday stay during our Maritime, Bungalow, and Buccaneer seasons. A 3-night minimum stay is required during our Castaway season.
