Escape to paradise on the Gulf of Mexico in Saida 3702. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the ideal South Padre Island escape for a small group, or couple, looking to have an island adventure. Saida 3702 is located in the Saida Towers Complex. This gated community offers both security and privacy for your stay with on site security. Each condo is provided with Internet so you can stay connected during your stay, if you so choose. You will be provided with two parking permits. However, only one is provided during the Fourth of July Holiday. We understand having all the comforts of home and have provided as many comforts for you as possible. The condo includes an iron and ironing board for your use. The Saida complex has a coin-operated laundry facility for your convenience. We believe a dog is part of the family too and shouldn't have to stay back. For this reason, our condo is pet friendly for small, non shedding, well mannered breeds of dogs. Bring your small dog for an additional fee of $15.00 per day. The Saida Towers also includes some tremendous amenities to help you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Some of the amenities include 3 pools (one heated seasonally), 2 Jacuzzis, numerous tennis courts, a seasonal pool-side bar & snack bar, seasonal beach rentals (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.). There is something for everyone to enjoy during your stay in Saida 3702.
The majestic master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed and a flat screen TV. A condo wouldn't truly be paradise without an unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom has large windows that overlook the courtyard and out onto the waves crashing on the shoreline. You can enjoy a memorable sunrise from the comfort of your condo. You won't want to miss the colorful sunrise shimmering over the morning water. The master bedroom is just as luxurious. There is a double vanity, granite counter tops, beautiful tile, great lighting, and plenty of room for everybody.
The living room is both tropical and festive. With plenty of seating for everybody, you can enjoy an evening full of memories and laughter together. There is room to play a game or two for fun. The couch turns into a queen size sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. Don't hesitate to use the large flat screen TV to have a movie night featuring a family favorite! One of the best features is the seventh floor private balcony. You can gain access to the balcony from a door in the living room that leads seamlessly to the balcony. There is patio furniture so you can relax in the sun while reading a book or feel the island breeze in the evening while sipping on a glass of wine.
The dining room table seats four, with three additional barstools so everybody can enjoy meals comfortably together. You will love the fully equipped kitchen. It comes with all standard appliances, and even a cutlery set. Bring back your catch of the day to prepare it just how you like it or wake up to a delicious breakfast each morning.
Located just down the road from Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park, your family can enjoy the slides and lazy river all day long. Inside of Schlitterbahn is the Shrimp Haus restaurant. They have over 100 ways to eat your shrimp! Perfect for lunch and dinner is Gabriella's Italian grill & pizzeria known for their steaming pastas and brick oven pizzas. For breakfast you can walk on over to Yummies Cafe located only a block away! Our guests tell us it is a favorite. Saida 3702 has great amenities, a terrific view, and a wonderful location. It is only missing you!

Beautiful Ocean View
The location of this condo is just perfect! Beautiful ocean views from your balcony and from the entire condo from every room in the place. The condo itself is very nice and had all hard floors and pet friendly so we were able to bring our two little dachshunds. The grounds are very well kept. You can see them being worked on every morning. The water was so clear and you could see all the different shades of blue. We were in the waves almost all day with our boogie boards and just loving it. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be very close to the beach. It's very easy to get back up to your room if you need to for lunch or just to rest a little. Thank you for allowing pets in your unit.

Everything was perfect.

This condo is great! Not only is it fully furnished with everything that could possibly be needed for a great vacation, but also was very clean. Short walk to the beach. Balcony has good view of pools, tennis courts and beach. The process to check in and out was quick and easy as well. We would definitely stay again.

Check in upon arrival at Padre Island Rentals, 3100 Padre Blvd. at the intersection of Kingfish Street. Our office is 1 3/4 miles north of the bridge and one block north of the Blue Marlin Supermarket on the right side of the Road. We are open 24 hours a day to serve you. After picking up your keys and parking permit(s) (2 permits maximum) you will turn left onto Padre Blvd and head south for 1 1/2 miles. The entrance to Saida Towers is on the left side of the road just south of the Isla Grande Hotel. Show your parking permit to the Guard at the entrance gate and let him/her know that you are going to Saida III. Pass thru the gate and continue straight and park as close as possible to Saida III. Take the elevator to the 7th floor. Please be aware that Saida Towers does not provide parking space for RVs or boat trailers.
