A 2300 sq. ft. home is waiting to welcome you. Centrally located on acreage.

The cooler days are not far away. The summer vacationers are heading home and the Island takes on a new season. Come and enjoy long walks on the beach, coffee on the deck, evening bonfires, long tub soaks followed by wrapping yourself in a cozy bathrobe. We offer our guests a clean, comfortable home that has been inspected by QTS (Quality Tourism Services) and is licensed by the Province of Prince Edward Island. It is located on almost four acres of gently sloping land and is bordered by mature trees. A large 12' x 25' deck is equipped with a table, chairs, propane barbeque and has room to stretch out and enjoy your vacation. Enjoy an evening bonfire underneath an endless blanket of stars - no city lights here. The Greenwich location of the P.E.I. National Park is 30 mins. by car. There are many golf courses within an easy drive including Rodd Crowbush Golf and Beach Resort - 15 minutes - and offers world class golf, spa services and fine dining. All bedrooms are on the second storey of the house (sleeps six in beds). New futon (sleeps two adults) is on the main living level. Both bathrooms are on the main living level. The village has two churches (Roman Catholic and United), gas/convenience store (ATM machine), live music venue (trailside.ca), rural library branch, fitness gym, bake shop, post office, and an entry point for the Confederation Trail. The house has HDTV, Netflix, WiFi. It is professionally cleaned between bookings and must remain pet and smoke free. $290.00/night (min. of three (3) nights) or $1450.00 (Canadian) per week.

Lovely house with all the amenities and in a great location

My husband and I and our two teenage daughters stayed here during a recent week on the Island. The house is in a great location - just a short drive to Charlottetown, and within a few minutes to several local beaches and the town of Morrell. The house is very large and has everything a family would need for an Island vacation. The owners have thought of everything: including beach chairs, robes, and beach towels. Communication was excellent before and during our trip. I would highly recommend it!

Clean, well stocked with everything you might need, bright and very tastefully furnished

The minute we arrived we realized that the house was everything and more than we hoped it would be. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The whole place is very bright and welcoming. There was a sweet little area where all the toys were kept. We really enjoyed the toys and games. The house was very well stocked with anything a vacationer would need. The property is beautiful and is located in a lovely area. There are farms and bodies of water around providing a country setting. Additionally, the house is only a 25 minute drive from the shopping at Charlottetown. That was extremely convenient. The owners were a real pleasure to get to know amd communicate with. They were so helpful helping us think of great day trips and hot spots to visit. They were very easily reachable from the beginning and all along for any questions. The house managers were also a pleasure to communicate with. When we arrived we found cold drinks in the fridge and some other great treats. Our trip was so enjoyable that we'd love to repeat it in the future and we'd love to stay in the house again.

Beautiful country home

A big beautiful home in the country. Thirty minutes outside Charlottetown on a main road, just off the confederation trail. The Trail-side Cafe, bakery (delicious raisin bread!) and depanneur (convenience store) within walking distance. Great amenities including spacious kitchen and 2 full bathroms to accommodate a family. Twenty minutes to Stanhope beach and Greenwich, 60 minutes to Basin Head making it a convenient location to explore the Island. Recommended

A great vacation , helped by great accommodations

While vacationing in PEI, we chose to stay in MT Stewart it's close proximity to Charlottetown ,area beaches and all the adventures for the children . The house is immaculate, large and very accommodating with 2 full baths large bedrooms , huge kitchen beautiful yard . And having availability to wifi and Netflix ( for the children of course ), is a huge plus . Look no further you will be very happy here !

Supper property with tons of extras!

This is a beautiful home situated within easy reach of golf courses, beaches and Charlottetown shopping. Bedrooms are big , as is the kitchen and living room. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay with them special. My whole family would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a larger home. Top Notch all the way!

Damage Deposit $405.22

Sept. - Oct 2017 - We require that the person responsible for the booking/payment of the reservation be present at the house during the rental period. Autumn rates are $1450/week or $290.00 per night with a three (3) night minimum charge. Due to the short autumn season, all fees plus the $500.00 damage deposit are due at the time of booking. The online rental agreement is to be agreed to and photo I.D. received before a booking can be confirmed. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further information.
