About Property Manager
I have lived on the eastern end of Long Island most of my life so can help you with any questions about the area you may have.
Why Property Manager chose East Hampton
This house is conveniently located between East Hampton and Sag Harbor so it is easy to get to each town for spectacular restaurants, nightlife and high-end shops. East Hampton's finest and exclusive Main Beach is 5.5 miles away. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood without much traffic. The property lots are all at least 2 acres so it is private and quiet. It is a perfect location for your next fun filled and relaxing vacation!
What makes this House unique
Tall pine trees are unique to this area. This is a favorite neighborhood for those who enjoy nature walks, bike riding and hiking (there are trails past natural ponds). The high ceilings (32' in the living room) give the house an open and airy feeling that can't be conveyed in photos.

Lovely home, fabulous place for a two-week rest.
House is extremely clean. Pool, grill and appliances are all in working order. Location is great if you like Sag Harbor (7 minutes by car), East Hampton (9 min), or even want to drive to Montauk (took us approximately 25 min). Beautiful trails nearby (owner has a helpful trail map in her welcome book, but I might buy a real trail map if I come back). Great way to spend 2 weeks!
Thank you so much for the nice review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay!
Charming & Peaceful
We had a extremely pleasant stay for a week at the home.
The interior and exterior were both clean, comfortable and welcoming.
Our host left all necessary information for us to navigate our way around the house and even the town.
Many thanks for such a memorable stay, we will certainly recommend it to others.
A Perfect Vacation!!!
The house is a true gem in every sense of the word. Extremely well kept, and with every single detail in mind, well executed to make for a flawless vacation. The park, pool, games room, furniture and decor are fabulous. Karen and her husband are always available, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the house to all families looking for a special time in the Hamptons.
The pictures do not do this house justice. The house is gorgeous, spotless and completely stocked from kitchen equipment, linens, pool toys/games and DVDs. Karen was helpful throughout the entire process and easily reachable during our stay when we had a question. I can not rave enough about how fantastic our stay was!!
Amazing house, amazing host.
The house is amazing, big, fun with lots of pool toys and a big games room. All towels, linen etc was very clean and the house was clean and tidy.
The owner, Karen, is really lovely and responsive to all requests.
Would definitely go back and stay there again. The only thing I would say is that you really need a car if you want to get around.
This house is conveniently located between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. It is in a quiet neighborhood with towering pine trees and near hiking trails and bay beaches perfect for biking and exploring with kayaks. East Hampton has wonderful shops and restaurants, art galleries, movies, Guild Hall (a small theater), and nightlife. Sag Harbor is located on a bay and was a whaling town with old Victorian houses, a Long Wharf, and docks. It too has many restaurants, shops, and galleries. Each town has its own unique flavor. Both are beautiful and attract tourists from all over the world.
