Why Kyle Smith chose Pigeon Forge
We have traveled to the Great Smoky Mountains for years with our families and have thousands of memories of this area. We decided to purchase a cabin here to make the area feel even more like home.

Had a great time. Cabin was clean, mattresses were comfortable and the drive to town was easy and quick. WiFi was not the best but overall great trip.
Sorry about the WIFI, Verizon is having issues in the Pigeon Forge area.
Property is getting run down
home need minor repairs. the pictures online made the location and condition look better than they are. the address numbers are not visible when trying to locate the house
The cabin was very clean and in a location where you didn’t have to worry about that many neighbors. You had your own privacy and the cabin was very cozy. I recommend stay here. The owners are very friendly. We plan on coming back next year.
Nice, quiet location with all the comforts of home.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. The bedding and towels were all a bit dingy, but that is understandable with the well water. We had a bit of trouble getting into the cabin when we arrived, but a quick call to Kyle got us in. The cabin is very lovely and is situated in a nice quiet spot, but you are still close to many things. The cabin had all the comforts of home. The firepit and backyard is also very nice. We would recommend this lovely getaway.
Great little cabin, but a challenge to get to
Cute cabin, hard to get to GPS doesn't recognize the address.
I apologize if you had problems finding the cabin, I’ve never had anyone say a GPS doesn’t recognize the address. I know Apple maps and Waze find it fine as I use those. The issue with a GPS and the reason that I send detailed driving directions with the door code information, is because a GPS takes you up hidden mountain way or Dawn lane. These are steep curvy basically one lane roads that totally aren’t necessary (it’s just a little shorter). You can follow the GPS all the way to that point. I just tell people to keeping going straight and not make those turns. My way is only .5 miles farther and is two lane and not nearly as curvy or steep.
So for future renters...keep reading the email I send you (with the address and door code) all the way to the end for the driving directions. You will NOT have a problem finding it.
Love the area
We love visiting TN. This house was very nice.
