Located on the west side of Historic Downtown, the "youthful" side of the "Ancient City". Less than a 2 mile bike ride or short drive away from all the many tourist attractions of St. Augustine. Minutes from Anastasia Island and surrounding beaches. This open & airy 4-bedroom house has everything you need for a short trip or long hang and is perfect for a couple, fam or group of friends. The single story, big open floor plan and the large, fully-fenced back yard with pergola, dining table and fire pit make it the perfect spot for indoor-outdoor living.

Included for your use are two bikes, two kids boogie boards, beach shade structure, and beach towels.

NOTE: One bedroom is accessible only through its adjoining bathroom. See floor plan in the pics for details.

Spectacular Place, it really was a wonderful stay that I will definitely repeat in the future. the wonderful place. clean and perfect to go with the family. the wonderful beach. (You can park your car on the beach). and the days went by very quickly. truly exceptional.

Communication with the owner was great. The house was clean, spacious and had everything that was needed. Very close to everything St. Augustine. Will be back!

Wonderful home, open & bright!

This is such a great house… very spacious & open, windows galore, we’ll stocked kitchen, and beautiful backyard with grill & fire pit. Plenty of room for a large family and 5 minutes to downtown shops & restaurants. Very responsive owners too. We’ll definitely stay again!

We work a lot but when we are not working we love to travel and stay in unique and quirky places off the beaten path. We took a trip to St. Augustine and loved it so much that within two months we bought a house there! Our favorite part of the city is the eclectic area known as West King.

Why they chose this property

Because it's laid back, less dense and has much bigger lots than the historic district but is only a few mins away from the center by bike or car. In this hood you will see a mix of old typical Florida cracker shacks right next to perfectly restored victorians and ultra modern dwellings. Its known as the "youthful" side of the "oldest city"!

What makes this property unique

The house is big and sunny with a lot of windows. It has a spacious, uncluttered, minimalistic, Scandinavian, eclectic, 70s vibe. Its got a huge yard perfect for large families or groups of friends and, unlike the center of the historic district, parking is a breeze!
