We spent a month at this house. It was a first class house in a first class neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The amentities more than met our need. The back patio was superb, with a spectacular view, great landscaping, a gorgeous pool that was reasonably big, and several seating options including a full size table and chairs to eat at. We found many great restaurants and a few good golf courses in the area.
The only shortcoming was that you can't heat both the pool and the hot tub at the same time, and the pool takes 20 to 24 hours to heat up. We eventually decided to just heat the hot tub, and swim in the cooler pool which was generally about 68.
