This executive townhouse has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed, over-sized fully equipped kitchen, dining area, inside washer and dryer, large living floor with 12' ceilings furnished with unique furniture pieces, west coast art, gas fireplace, electronic leather massage chair, 2 washrooms, 3 private patios including a rooftop patio and private street entrance.

Free underground parking, high speed wireless internet, cable TV at no additional cost. The building offers a swimming pool and hot tub, sauna, exercise room, squash courts and sauna.

Linens and towels for 6 are provided as is coffees/teas, spices, soaps, lotions and amenities, hair dryer, iron and board and some snacks upon arrival. Secure credit card owner, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.

Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and access to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has 4 unique levels, 1800 square foot of living space, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Out the street-side private entrance is a tree'd city park, the kitchen walks out to a sitting area and courtyard and a private roof-top deck is furnished with patio table, sun bed and swing bench. An off-leash waterfront dog park is 5 minutes away.

Trendy executive living with Vancouver's best restaurants and bars close by (1/2 block), Granville Island Market (ferry/bridge), Yaletown (10min), Vancouver Entertainment district (8min), Davie Street (trendy cafes 8min) and Vancouver's best restaurants and patios (5min walk). The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this funky townhouse. Very comfortable beds, clean and everything you need was provided. Location was perfect, walking distance to so many awesome Vancouver neighborhoods and the sea wall. Scott was great to deal with and the place had all the amenities you require, great location and just good overall vibe. We look forward to coming back!

Wonderful, special place to stay in downtown Vancouver

This condo is beautifully and artistically decorated to give a very unique feel. The three levels, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it very spacious and the beds are all very comfortable and clean. The location is ideal if you're travelling from far afield like we were, without a car. The hop-on hop-off bus is just a few minutes walk up the road and the waterfront with the ferry to the amazing, vibrant marketplace of Granville Island is two minutes walk down the road. We rented bikes around the corner and explored Stanley Park (including the Aquarium) in an easy half-day. Communications with Scott were very friendly and prompt via email and he did everything to ensure our stay was very comfortable. Also enjoyed the spa and pool in the complex and the fab Japanese restaurant just up the road. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay

We had a group of 8 stay for two nights in Scott's fantastic place, its very comfortable, a great location. Close to everything, two minute walk to aqua bus and Granville island. Quick cab ride to Robison street. We had a fantastic time. Thank you so much.

Great location, well equipped.

Had a fantastic long weekend at the condo. Terrific location - close to Granville Island, shops, and restaurants. Scotty did a great job communicating throughout the rental process and everything was well labeled and explained. The one shower was a bit of a challenge with six of us but we knew this ahead of time and made it work just fine. Distillery next door is a great place to grab some very creative cocktails - just make sure you like gin. Would stay at the condo again!

Best location in Vancouver, Very Comfortable

Had a great weekend with friends at Scotty's home. All needed items were available, house was clean and ready for our stay. Location allows you to be in any of the great districts of Downtown in little to no time, walking. Scotty was easy to communicate with during the booking process.
