Linens and towels for 6 are provided as is coffees/teas, spices, soaps, lotions and amenities, hair dryer, iron and board and some snacks upon arrival. Secure credit card owner, Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted.

Steps out the front door you will find English Bay sunsets and beaches, foot ferry to Granville Island, and access to Vancouver's seawall. Located on the quite side of downtown across from Granville Island in the upscale Beach Avenue and Hornby Street district. It has 4 unique levels, 1800 square foot of living space, a 450' roof-top deck, courtyard patio off kitchen and a street picnic area.

Out the street-side private entrance is a tree'd city park, the kitchen walks out to a sitting area and courtyard and a private roof-top deck is furnished with patio table, sun bed and swing bench. An off-leash waterfront dog park is 5 minutes away.

The neighbourhood is upscale and quite for being downtown with a city block park across from the house. The sunsets over English Bay and the waters between the bridges rival any I've seen. Loving the outdoors this location gives you the best walks, hikes and bikes as all the best of what the city has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

The patios are great in the summer months. Roof top dining and lounging, the amenities from squash courts to fitness room and the easy access walks to the waterfront and downtown core. Shopping can be found within moments from the garden shop next door to downtown's upscale shopping a short walk away.

Great location near the seawall allows one to park and walk or ride to most places around Vancouver.

We loved the location of this place. It is only two blocks to the seawall and the aquabus to Granville Island and to Science World. It is also close to tourbuses which pick up along Beach Ave. The kitchen was well stocked and we found the place clean and tidy. There are three levels and one must be able to negotiate these with suitcases. This was not a problem for us.

What visitors should realize; there is one one full bath with shower/tub which is located between the third floor bedrooms. The half bath is on the first floor down the hallway from the bedroom. Bikes on the patio mentioned in one of Scotty's communications to us. We found no bikes to use. The key system is quite complex and the keys are not well marked. Once we discovered which key for which doors, things were much easier. The underground parking garage must be accessed through the building lobby attached to the condos once the car is parked. These were things it took awhile to figure out. Instructions could've been simpler and more clear to expedite use of the facility. These comments are made as a suggestion to improve future usage by guests.

Overall, it is a great central location and we were glad to be able to use it. Thank you!

Owner's Response: Thank you Kathy for your helpful thoughts and yes a few keys for parking and to access the pool, squash courts and gym. I will label them for future guest. Glad you all enjoyed the townhouse and all the area of seaside Vancouver has to offer. As being downtown and not in a condo, places have to built upwards. So kinda rare in Vancouver to have 4 levels and 1400 feet inside and 3 patios but that said there is stairs.

Very disappointing, oversold and could have spoilt our holiday.

Unfortunately the property was very disappointing. It was grubby and felt dirty. Mats and carpet and furniture were stained and smelly. Light switches were black with dirt , electric wiring and lighting poor, everything was tired and poorly presented and the whole apartment was desperately in need of a makeover. Only one bath with shower facility was provided for three double bedrooms - very poor and unacceptable in the 21st century. The description of accommodation was very misleading on this matter. We had an invasion of ants in the ground floor entrance and bedroom and had to evacuate! On top of this our car, parked in the so called secure parking garage, was vandalised.

All in all the property was terrible value for money and not a good experience.

Owner's Response: You stayed in the premier location of a world-class city in a multi-million dollar townhouse for less than price for a night the Marriott up the street. I tried to accommodate all your requests before your arrival, no complaints when you there. The place has two washrooms and parking is secured by Two gates.I will look into your comments further with staff. I feel bad that you now need to say these comments. I wish you a good day.

Great place!

Stayed with a couple friends for a conference up at the convention center. Nice place, very comfortable, 3 stories with a cool little roofdeck to boot. Fully equipped kitchen. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Scott is extremely responsive and supremely helpful. I forgot a bunch of clothes at the house after I left and he kindly mailed them back to me. Vancouver is phenomenal and house is situated in a great little spot at the south end of downtown. There is a ferry stop steps away you can take to Granville. Recommended, thanks again Scott.

Big townhouse , nice location

Besides an initial hiccup with the cleaning, the house was a good size for 6 adults and nicely located. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties as it has a lot of stairs inside the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the roof top patio is awesome (too bad we could not enjoy it because of the weather). Scotty has been very good at answering all my question during booking, and Angila helped us clear up the cleaning situation at the beginning of the stay. We did not have a car till the last day but having a parking spot inside was a big plus.

Fantasic townhome near the seawall and only blocks from downtown and Yaletown!!!

We took a small family trip to Vancouver for four nights and this place was fantastic. Our flight landed early so we actually met Scotty and his very cute and personable dog Zoey. They were very welcoming and gave us an idea of where everything was in relation to the house. The house has a lovely second floor with plenty of space for a family of 5 to relax and unwind. The upstairs bedrooms are just the right size and the rooftop deck has very nice views. There is also a small patio out in back of the second floor to relax if the weather permits. If you are looking for a place where you are within walking distance of everything but not in the heart of all of the noise than this is the spot for you. You are also less than 100 yards from the boat over to Granville Island. Overall, this place was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay!! I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Vancouver.

Best location EVER! Grandville Island is only minutes away

Family of 5 stayed at this location for a second time. Excellent accommodations; kitchen was full of amenities. Water taxi was a short 5 minute walk past a wonderful coffee shop. Lots of steps in the unit, so not for those needing assistance to get around.
