Tisha Digman and Cam Schiedel are two local real estate brokers with Sotheby's International Realty who own the property together. Knowing what a great area Park City is for vacation rentals and that condos at the Copper Bottom Inn rarely come on the market they purchased the condo in 2012. After a significant remodel and purchasing new furniture they began offering the property for both short and long term rentals.

Copper Bottom is an incredible location in Park City right at the main intersection of Deer Valley Drive & Kearns Blvd. These charming 1 bedroom condos rarely come on the market and are a great getaway year round. Our condo is in a unique location in the building and has more square footage which when combined with a great furniture layout makes it comfortable for a weekend or longer visits.
Easy access to all 3 ski resorts - 1 min to PCMR - 5 mins to Deer Valley - 10 mins to Canyons - 2 min to Main Street. Free Parking available.
Just got back from Park City and I was very happy with this condo. It was very clean and well updated. The location of tihs building is on a little busier streets; however, the position of this unit is more tucked away so we did not hear road traffic. It was a very close walk to the slopes and on nice days we even walked down town.
We enjoyed our stay at the place. It is ideally located for walking to many areas or catching the public bus. It has all of the practical conveniences in the kitchen. We had one issue that the manager responded quickly and helped resolve. Overall, we had a great experience.
Condo was nice. Bed and couch were comfortable. We were able to walk to the lifts from the unit in about 10min. Getting in was super easy and the property managers were responsive. Only issues were that 1) the hot tub is closed/broken which would have been nice to know before we booked and 2) the kitchen doesn't have some basic supplies we would expect like cooking oil or tea/coffee.
Cute little 1 bedroom condo with a queen size bed and a fireplace! The condo was clean and in very good condition. It is located on the first floor of the building so it is very easy to access. The building is also conveniently located on the bus stop, so you don't need a car to get to the ski slopes!
My wife and I stayed here for our trip to park city. We walked to Park City Mountain resort and were able to ride the bus to Canyons resort in less than 10 minutes. This place looks brand new inside! Cam was super helpful in planning the trip. There is no need to rent a car at this location. We used powder transport, which was a private shuttle for the same price as their competitors shared rides from SLC. They picked us up and dropped us off at the door. The free bus system is perfect for getting anywhere you need to get to. The bus stop is about 10 steps from the front door of copper bottom inn. Definitely stay here!
My husband and I came here between Christmas and New Years. This was our first visit to Park City and the location could not have been more perfect. We were right in the center of everything- Park City Mountain, shops, a grocery store, Main Street, and Deer Valley. The owners- Cam and Tisha - even invited us to their holiday get together on Main Street and that was so nice and thoughtful of them. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.
This condo was everything it was promised to be- updated, clean, and spacious for the two of us. We enjoyed having the extra space- something that is hard to come by in Park City over the holidays. There was plenty of room for storing our things and the bedroom was a nice size. The additional living room was great. We adored the fireplace and were well stocked with firewood upon arrival. We ran out of wood since we made a fire every night and let the owners know. They brought us more wood right away. Tisha and Cam were extremely pleasant to deal with - anything we needed they got back to us right away and were very helpful about the area and what to pack, etc.
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed- including tea, coffee, and some snacks. The building has a coin-operated washer and dryer in the basement but we were so busy skiing, etc. that we didn't have time to sit and wait for laundry to be done. So it would be a big bonus if this unit had a washer and dryer combo inside. The building's hot tub was "out of service" the entire time we were there, which was a major bummer.
Otherwise, we were so happy with this place. This condo is a great value for what you get and the location. I can't imagine any condo that is as updated and spacious for the location and price. We will for sure be back and would love to stay here again.
