Beautiful accommodations! The property is well taken care of and so clean. They even left tea, coffee and water for us. We loved the walking convenience to Roscoe village. Would definitely stay here again
My friends and I had a great time out in Chicago. There was plenty of room for 5 of us and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place to stay in the area for a few nights. Short Uber ride to the attractions in the city. Less expensive then a hotel and ten times the amount of space. Thank you again!
My family and I spent 4 days exploring Chicago. This property is located in a quiet family friendly area. The homes were lovely, as were the tree-lined streets. The property is conveniently located a few blocks from a grocery store and several restaurants. It is about a 30 minute walk to Wrigley field.
The property has a lovely renovated kitchen and laundry facilities.
The owners were kind enough to let us check our bags in early and answered all of our questions about traveling around Chicago.
The only minuses - The shower in the bathroom could use a little TLC and upgraded pillows would be a good idea.
Clean, modern and quiet condo in a really nice area. Highly recomended. Never met owner but he was never more than a text or email away.
We stayed at this condo over the 4th of July weekend. It was a short drive to my brother-in-law's apartment in Logan Square. The condo was extremely clean and nicely updated. It had enough space for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, Keurig coffee maker and coffee. The neighborhood was very clean, safe, and quiet. I loved that it is very close to several grocery stores. There was street parking, and usually we were able to find a spot close to the unit, although, a couple times when we came back later in the evening we had to park around the block. The owners had timely communication with us before we checked in to give us information about the unit. They left us snacks for when we checked in and an informational binder which was nice. We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would stay here again when we visit.
The communication was excellent leading up to our stay. This was a great home base for exploring Chicago. Perfect for a couple. Very clean in a quiet, very safe feeling, residential, upscale neighborhood. No problems whatsoever. It had everything we needed and was very easy to get in and out of. The only issue is that it only has one bathroom and it is accessible via the main bedroom. No problem for a couple, but if you have any additional people it could just become slightly uncomfortable having to always walk through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. (If you actually lived here what they are using as the 2nd bedroom would probably be your home office or something).
The place is on a very quiet residential street, but only a short walk to bars, restaurants, etc. in Roscoe Village. (Roscoe Village seems to be a family-friendly upscale neighborhood for young urban professionals. Lots of moms with baby strollers). Or walk just under a mile north and there are a bunch of places. You can also walk to Wrigleyville. It takes about 30 minutes. Downtown where like the Art museum is, is too far to walk. I would definitely stay there again!
