We love to travel. We live in the mountains of Springville, Utah, and decided to look at investing in something in St George. We wanted something we could enjoy on the weekends, as St George is about 4 hours from home. We love St George and all that it has to offer whether vacationing or just relaxing, it seems to be the perfect spot. The condo we purchased was in the perfect location with an 'awesome' view. We decorated the condo to feel 'at home', and we hope you will be comfortable and happy while staying there.
Owner purchased this condo in 2010
This is the second condo that we have had in Sports Village. We like the fact that when it is not rented, we can run down enjoy our second home. We hope that you enjoy your stay in our condo.
Relaxation, relaxation and relaxation. Oh did I mention relaxation!!
We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was very quiet and comfortable. We hiked most every day over in Zion and relaxed at the condo at night. We even made it to the rodeo one night.
My husband and I stayed in the condo 6 nights in mid-February. We used the BBQ grill twice, so loved having it. The master bedroom bed was comfy, plenty of storage, and the master bath was huge. Location was convenient for getting to the places we wanted to visit such as Snow Canyon State park (very close) and Zion National Park. The workout facility had free weights, which we used. We also used the hot tub close to the condo, very nice.
Great location. Great amenities. Very clean and spacious.
Our family had a wonderful time in St. George, riding bikes in Snow Canyon and on the multiple trails around the city. Snow Canyon is a gem of hikes and beauty. This condo was a terrific value for our family of 7. It was clean and well kept. The only exception is that the folding twin bed has some broken springs. This condo is up a flight of inside stairs that look run down, but we were happy that the condo itself didn't look that way. We enjoyed the pool and clubhouse, but the game room is in need of updating as the air hockey, skew ball, basketball game and foosball were all not working (much to the disappointment of my kids). But overall, we were happy with our stay and grateful for the chance to use this condo.
We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean and comfortable. The queen beds are a little closer to "fulls". It wasn't a problem for my daughters to share, but it was pretty tight for my 6'4, 260 lb husband and I. The couches were ok for sitting, but you could feel the foundation boards through the fabric. So I don't think they would be at all comfortable to sleep on. The condo comes with an extra queen blow-up mattress and a twin fold-out. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies. The bathrooms were roomy. The fold-out is dated and I could feel each spring in the mattress. It would likely be very uncomfortable for most adults. But it also comes with a foam pad, and my 11 year old daughter didn't mind it at all.The amenities at the Sports Village were great, although getting pretty dated. My kids really enjoyed spending some time in the game room playing skeet ball, air hockey, and miniature golf. The heated pool was getting a lot of use, even though it was in the low 50's and rainy all weekend. We would love to come back again and take advantage of the basketball court, tennis courts, and shuffleboard courts. There was plenty of parking in the area of the complex where this unit is located. Overall, a great valley for a good condo.
This was our first experience with a vacation rental and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was well-kept and very clean. Everything that we needed was provided and the host was very accommodating. The location was great and close to anything that was needed. We have younger children and they had a great time at the clubhouse playing as well as spending time in the pool. All-in-all, we would definitely stay here again.
