Once you stay, rest, and play on Anastasia Island in this high-end, coastal designed condo built on the beach with breathtaking views, you will never want to be anywhere else again.
Unlike the other 'beach-front properties' on Crescent Beach, this condo has no long boardwalk over the sand dunes to get to the warm sandy beach--simply go down seven steps off the pool deck, ditch your shoes, and take long walks down the beach, build castles, dive in the waves, fly kites, and let the beach wash away your stresses and replenish your peace! This is truly beach-front—the likes of which you won’t find in other complexes on Crescent Beach!
This completely remodeled unit invites you to truly relax and unwind! As you look through the photos and read the details about this condo, you will see beautiful, comfortable spaces and high quality materials. This unit will provide you the comfort you crave and the open high-end design you love!
Layout and Details of this unit:
When two walls of a room boast miles of sandy beach views—you know you’ve arrived in paradise! The living room boasts a wall of sliding glass doors with magnificent views of the beach and pool! Another wall reflects the deep blue of the ocean and the palms swaying in the breeze with ceiling to floor mirrors. In addition this room is furnished with elegant cherry wood furniture with mounted widescreen TV, Blu-Ray player, and surround sound system! This room is high-end design, high comfort furnishings, and high impact views!
If the peaceful design of the condo isn’t enough to make you yearn for the simple beach life, just walk onto the balcony. There’s nothing pretentious about Crescent Beach, just uncrowded beaches, shell scattered seashores, and vibrant sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy it all from the plush wicker gliders on the balcony. Rock calmly to the views of blue endless ocean, soft white sand, and the clear blue pool reminding you how good the beach life is.
Completely redone with new cabinets and granite countertops, this kitchen is not only fully stocked and functional, but beautiful as well. In addition, the kitchen is right off the living room so as you cook you can gaze out the living room windows to the breathtaking ocean views.
Guest Bathroom- 3/4 Bath
Soft ocean colors design this bathroom with easy walk-in shower (bathroom located right next to the front door) to wash off the beach’s sand and the sun-filled day.
Climb the beautiful mahogany-stained oak staircase to the upstairs where you will find….
Master Bedroom is designed with soft beach colors and accents and boasts a wall of windows with beautiful ocean and pool views. This room has plenty of storage in closets and dressers, as well as a king size bed. Everything you need designed with everything you’ll want!
This fun, ocean-themed room has two soft full beds, sleeping four people. Bedding is brand new from Bed, Bath & Beyond and is soft and high-end.
This full bathroom boasts a wall of designer tile, high-end granite counter tops, and modern fixtures.
My name is Marisa and I am a boutique-type manager that specializes in managing a small handful of units in the two best complexes on Crescent Beach (the only two right on the beach— just six steps off the pool deck to sand, as opposed to all others that have long hard wooden boardwalks and stretches of dunes separating you from the sand and the sea). While Im different from working with an owner (this is what I do for a living so I am fast to answer emails, always available by phone/text, and treat this as a business) I am a lot like an owner as well, in that I have been staying in this complex and on this beach for over 17 years myself (my parents own there)!
I have stayed in most of the units I manage and know the complex, beach, and area as well as I know my hometown. Renting with me means you won’t mess with big companies who have never set foot in our complex, much less your unit. It means that if there are problems, you have 24 hour access to me to help you. It also means that I am here to help you plan your perfect vacation for your group or family.
With 17 years of experience, first coming as a teenager, and now bringing my four children, as well as coming with my retired parents who own there, I am very familiar with what the area has to offer for all ages and the best insider tips for restaurants, places to find sea shells, best places to shop, golf, etc. I would love not only to rent to you, but to help you plan your perfect vacation as well!
See what this guest had to say about their experience with me, “And Marisa…if this isnt her calling, then I don’t know what is. She could NOT have been more helpful and went above and beyond to answer any questions and offer extra information about the condo and the area.” For more testimonials go to www.stayatcrescentbeach.com.
Crescent Beach on Anastasia Island is like a secret we hesitate to share, and yet can't keep to ourselves. The beaches are not very busy, and can sometimes even be vacant (where else does that happen?)! It's surrounded by entertainment and adventure and over 365 restaurants, and yet we are always content just breathing in all our condo and the ocean out the door has to offer!
Gorgeous new hardwood flooring was put in 2015! The dark hardwood with the cottage white furniture has a very high end Pottery Barn type of feel reminiscent of high end homes on Cape Cod!
This condo has terrific views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Marisa made the booking process very simple. It's a quick drive to St. Augustine from Crescent Beach and not too far from Daytona Beach. The only negative would be for physically challenged guests -- there is no elevator to the second floor entrance the bedrooms require another flight of stairs. There's no washer/dryer in the condo but there is a public laundry room on the property. We loved it and hope to be back soon!
Fabulous views from second floor condo.
Convenient location on A1A
Had wonderful time.
Coin laundry available clean though in house would be preferred(depends are your needs).
Steps could be an issue for some; carrying stuff and having to carry little ones too. Not a deterrent for returning to rental for my group.
Would absolutely rent again.
Quiet and relaxing.
Very nice condo. Beautiful view and just short walk to pool and beach. Can't wait to come back next year.
This was our third year staying in this unit at the Coquina, and we always enjoy it. It never gets old waking up to beautiful sunrises every morning and watching the sunset every evening. The unit is beautiful and very comfortable and the Coquina is a great place for the kids they enjoy it every year.
Wonderful relaxing vacation, enjoyed waking up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. Very comfortable and quiet condo, we will be coming back again very soon!!!
Just returned from our third consecutive February, in this unit, at Coquina. Waking up to a daily portrait of the sun rising, palm trees, plus the sites and sounds of the Atlantic, never gets old.
Best features: morning sun, the quiet, friendly neighbors, walking miles along near-deserted beach, unit's comfortable amenities, and working with Marisa! EXCELLENT VALUE!!
Golf: None of the courses are in great shape this time of year but our three favourites:
Victoria Hills, DeLand (worth the drive)
River Bend, Ormond Beach (fun holes plus a rickety bridge and small aircraft buzzing overhead)
Palm Harbor, Palm Harbor (20 minutes south, challenging older course)
Very good casual dining:
Violas (great Italian food and good selection of wine and draft, just north of 206 on west side)
Captains BBQ (eat the ribs, eat the ribs! West side of A1A at Bings Landing, north end of Palm Harbor)
