If you want fresh finishes with a safe and unmatched location, look no further! Our secure and private 3 bedroom/4 full bathroom listing is located on the first floor of our beautiful, newly restored home in the heart of Uptown New Orleans. The listing has its own private entrance and is completely private from the remainder of the home.

The listing is located between Magazine St. with its wide array of shopping, dining, bars, art galleries and antiques and St. Charles Avenue with its historic New Orleans streetcar line. It is also just a 5-10 minute taxi to the French Quarter, and a short walk to the uptown Mardi Gras parade route. In addition, at least four of the best restaurants in New Orleans are within 2-4 blocks from our home: Shaya, La Petite Grocery, Lillette, and Coquette. Many other great, casual restaurants and bars are also in the immediate vicinity.

Everything in this freshly renovated unit is new- all the beds, mattresses, furniture etc. This unit has an open living/dining/kitchen area with its own private full bathroom, complete with granite counters and stainless appliances. The unit can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private full bathroom; Bedroom 2 has one king bed and a private full bath; Bedroom 3 has one queen bed with a private full bathroom. That's right, every bedroom has its own private/full bathroom!! There is also another full bathroom off the living room! That's a total of 4 full bathrooms! The apartment is fully furnished and renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures, along with all the silverware, utensils, plates, and linens you will ever need during your stay being provided. Wifi internet access and cable HD/TV is provided. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer is also in the apartment for your use (and a couple of detergent pods).

We provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and soap in each bathroom, as well as enough Keurig coffee pods for two days of coffee, sugar, spenda, creamer, etc for your coffee. There is also a full sized coffee pot with filters if you prefer, though you will need to provide your own coffee. If there is something that you may need during your stay, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide it!

Our family lives in the top 2 floors of the house, so we are on site to accommodate any needs you might have, and we love to help our visitors with local color on shopping, dining, and sightseeing, directions and other hot local tips. However, the unit has its own private entrance, so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like.

In order to alleviate any concerns you may have regarding your safety and security while you are staying in New Orleans, we have implemented several security measures. The property is surrounded by an eight foot iron gate and requires a private code to enter. We change the code after each guest leaves. In addition, we have security cameras around the property and a private security company patrols the neighborhood.

There is ample on-street parking available right in front of the property; parking is never a problem in our neighborhood. While none of our guests have every had any issues, our security cameras do cover the street parking spots for your ease of mind.

We are honest, long standing New Orleanians. We'll do our very best to be honest and fair in the process and allay any fears you may have. If we accept your rental fee funds, then the rental is yours, period. That is how we roll.

Absolutely no smoking inside or outside. Any smoking inside will result in immediate request to vacate with loss of deposit. Guests are also asked to be respectful of the neighbors. No unregistered guests allowed on premises without advance permission from owners. No events or parties on property. Pets only allowed on a case-by-case basis with express preapproval and a non-refundable pet fee.

Wonderful place to stay!

Five friends visited New Orleans to celebrate a couple 50th birthdays and we were absolutely delighted with our choice of where to stay. Nicole was great with email communication before the trip. Her husband, Jason, met us at the house to show us around the apartment and was so welcoming. He made himself available via text throughout our stay for advice on restaurants, how long it would take us to get to certain places, etc. The place was clean and roomy, with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. The four full bathrooms worked so well for our group. The kitchen has a great selection of pots and pans and other necessary items, as well as a Keurig. The security system is easy to use and made us feel very safe. It was easily walkable to the streetcar and to Magazine Street with great shops and restaurants. Uber rides to Bourbon Street and Frenchmen Street were also not unreasonable. We would happily stay here again if we returned to New Orleans! Thank you, Jason and Nicole!

Most accommodating and friendly hosts with the best amenities we’ve experienced. If you’re planning a trip to New Orleans this is the place to stay! Great location - quick uber from airport & to French quarter, walk to streetcar & pleanty of delicious restaurants nearby. The best sleep we’ve had on vacation in giant comfy beds and cozy living area- made it hard to return home.

Absolutely wonderful rental!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We were 6 people, which included 4 young adults, and it worked out perfectly for our group as each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is another full bathroom in the main area. The unit was clean, had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is one block from Magazine Street and there are so many wonderful restaurants and shops in walking distance. Jason was amazing from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay. He gave us some great recommendations and checked in throughout. He had told us that we would hear footsteps from the main house, but you could not hear any noise and the footsteps that we heard did not bother us at all. I joked with Jason about the size of the TV in the living room area and the next day he replaced the TV with a larger one...Which made my husband happy since there there was a lot of good sports on TV! All in all, we loved New Orleans and we especially loved our stay in this beautiful home. I hope to come back soon!!!

Room! Location!

This property is well located and plenty of room to spread out plus lots of private bathrooms. Very clean and well stocked, our family enjoyed our stay in this 3 bed/4 bath rental with easy access to Magazine Street. The owner met us on check-in and did a walk-thru of the property security features. We plan to rent again on our next family gathering in NOLA.

PERFECT HOUSE! PERFECT LOCATION! PERFECT HOSTS!

We spent Thanksgiving week in New Orleans with our family. The house, actually the lower level of the house, was just lovely. Where else can you find three large bedrooms and 4 complete bathrooms. The kitchen was great and the living room cozy and comfortable. The hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful with suggestions of where to go, eat, shop, etc.

The location, a most beautiful neighborhood, is convenient to many restaurants as well as to all parts of the city. If you don’t have a car, public transportation is convenient as well as Uber. Also, if you do have a car there is no problem parking

on the street.

We love New Orleans and choosing this home was a great decision.

Our neighborhood offers the best of New Orleans. We are just between Magazine street and all of its amazing shopping (antiques and clothes) and St. Charles Avenue and the famous street car line in Uptown New Orleans. However, should you want enjoy the French Quarter and all it has to offer, we are a short (7 to 10 minute) cab ride away. Of course, you could also take the street car.
