If you want fresh finishes with a safe and unmatched location, look no further! Our secure and private 3 bedroom/4 full bathroom listing is located on the first floor of our beautiful, newly restored home in the heart of Uptown New Orleans. The listing has its own private entrance and is completely private from the remainder of the home.

The listing is located between Magazine St. with its wide array of shopping, dining, bars, art galleries and antiques and St. Charles Avenue with its historic New Orleans streetcar line. It is also just a 5-10 minute taxi to the French Quarter, and a short walk to the uptown Mardi Gras parade route. In addition, at least four of the best restaurants in New Orleans are within 2-4 blocks from our home: Shaya, La Petite Grocery, Lillette, and Coquette. Many other great, casual restaurants and bars are also in the immediate vicinity.

Everything in this freshly renovated unit is new- all the beds, mattresses, furniture etc. This unit has an open living/dining/kitchen area with its own private full bathroom, complete with granite counters and stainless appliances. The unit can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private full bathroom; Bedroom 2 has one king bed and a private full bath; Bedroom 3 has one queen bed with a private full bathroom. That's right, every bedroom has its own private/full bathroom!! There is also another full bathroom off the living room! That's a total of 4 full bathrooms! The apartment is fully furnished and renovated with brand new appliances, furniture and fixtures, along with all the silverware, utensils, plates, and linens you will ever need during your stay being provided. Wifi internet access and cable HD/TV is provided. Central air and heat. Washer/dryer is also in the apartment for your use (and a couple of detergent pods).

We provide travel size shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and soap in each bathroom, as well as enough Keurig coffee pods for two days of coffee, sugar, spenda, creamer, etc for your coffee. There is also a full sized coffee pot with filters if you prefer, though you will need to provide your own coffee. If there is something that you may need during your stay, please let us know, and we will do our best to provide it!

Our family lives in the top 2 floors of the house, so we are on site to accommodate any needs you might have, and we love to help our visitors with local color on shopping, dining, and sightseeing, directions and other hot local tips. However, the unit has its own private entrance, so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like.

In order to alleviate any concerns you may have regarding your safety and security while you are staying in New Orleans, we have implemented several security measures. The property is surrounded by an eight foot iron gate and requires a private code to enter. We change the code after each guest leaves. In addition, we have security cameras around the property and a private security company patrols the neighborhood.

There is ample on-street parking available right in front of the property; parking is never a problem in our neighborhood. While none of our guests have every had any issues, our security cameras do cover the street parking spots for your ease of mind.

We are honest, long standing New Orleanians. We'll do our very best to be honest and fair in the process and allay any fears you may have. If we accept your rental fee funds, then the rental is yours, period. That is how we roll.

Absolutely no smoking inside or outside. Any smoking inside will result in immediate request to vacate with loss of deposit. Guests are also asked to be respectful of the neighbors. No unregistered guests allowed on premises without advance permission from owners. No events or parties on property. Pets only allowed on a case-by-case basis with express preapproval and a non-refundable pet fee.

Our neighborhood offers the best of New Orleans. We are just between Magazine street and all of its amazing shopping (antiques and clothes) and St. Charles Avenue and the famous street car line in Uptown New Orleans. However, should you want enjoy the French Quarter and all it has to offer, we are a short (7 to 10 minute) cab ride away. Of course, you could also take the street car.

Sibling getaway prior to cruise.

Beautiful historic home with updated rental unit on ground floor. Good security. Perfect for our 3 couples. Close to transportation, restaurants and shops. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Had one member using an electric scooter and it worked well for getting around the neighborhood. The back bedroom with the queen bed seems to get the most noise from the children playing above. We loved it and had a great 4 days in New Orleans Nov 1-4, 2017. Thanks Nicole and Jason.

Wonderful Accommodations and Hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property in Uptown. Just a few blocks off of Magazine Street, and an easy uber/taxi or drive to Downtown, the location is wonderful. The owners of the home were also wonderful and welcoming, making sure to explain all of the details how to get in and out of the home, how to get around town, where playgrounds for the kids are, and kid friendly activities. With three large bedrooms and four full bathrooms, this VRBO is perfect for groups or families. They had a pack n play for our baby, and plenty of tub space to bathe both of our kids. The rooms all had queen or king sized beds in them, perfect for large groups or families! A full kitchen and laundry room are also wonderful for anyone staying for more than just a weekend. Definitely recommend this property for your stay in New Orleans!

Loved it

We stayed Oct 27-November 1st. There were a total of 5 of us. The accommodations were great and it was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Jason came down and gave us the tour of the home and gave us excellent recommendations of what to do and where to go, he also checked in with me via text almost daily to see how things were going and asked if we needed anything. We had rented a car but on nights we all wanted to drink we rented an uber. The cost was $20 into the French Quarter which was a great price! We were close to magazine street so we walked there to eat a few times.

I definitely would stay there again. One night we were super loud, drinking and playing cards, I was waiting for a text from Jason but they never said a thing, we apologized to him the next day when we saw him and he just laughed it off stating we were on vacation.

The kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans and was very clean.

As everyone else stated we would hear the pitter patter of feet from the children above in the mornings.

If you are looking for a clean home in a safe neighborhood with a great host this is the home for you!!

Fantastic property and great owners!

My husband and I, with 3 of our adult children, stayed in this apartment when we traveled to NOLA for a wedding celebration. The apartment is clean and spacious. It's hard to find a property with en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom, but this one has 3 of them, plus a 4th full bath to spare! The living room and kitchen were spacious and gave us plenty of room to sit and visit. The owners, Josh and Nicole, were absolutely great hosts. They contacted us ahead of time to let us know they'd be traveling, but how to contact them should we need anything. Josh walked me through the house via telephone upon arrival, making sure we were able to access apartment, adjust thermostat, etc. They also checked on us after our first night and upon leaving, but were never intrusive. Josh and Nicole also gave us tips on places to go and the neighborhood in general. The apartment is centrally located to everything that we did - never more than a 15 minute Lyft ride anywhere we went. The neighborhood was quiet and the property is safe. We knew that they lived in the home above us and the pitter patter of little feet on our last morning didn't bother us at all! We will definitely stay there again when we travel to NOLA. We truly enjoy not only the house commodities but the great attention that we received from Josh and Nicolle. They were super super attentive to our needs and making sure we were having a good time. We were safe and we knew of the good places around.

Beautiful Home

Can't say enough good things about this place! Wonderful location!! The house was perfect for our group of girls. We all had our own full bath! Owners were more that helpful and accommodating! We will be back!
