Arguably the best views on the mountain. You need to see all the upgrades to the Resort and my place is steps from the new Spa (massage, facials...). You can now pay $5 per day for the use of the Resorts new sauna's and exercise room.

I have been a real estate broker for 26+ years. Location - Location - location, it is all about the views and being located on the Resort grounds. The place is 1300 square feet with vaulted ceilings. Very spacious and open.
We stayed at Todd's wonderful condo over the New Year weekend and my family and I had the most amazing experience! The entire condo was stocked with just about everything you could ever need or want. Blankets and pillows will never run out, and we were surprised with how spacious and open the condo was when we walked in. We had 5 adults and 1 5 year old and it was very comfortable for all of us to enjoy. While we were there, we got almost a foot of fresh snow and the views out the kitchen, master bed and living room were unreal. My grandson enjoyed the sleds provided and the hot tub was a huge hit for the adults. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away in the mountains! We will return. Thank you, Todd!
What a wonderful stay we had this past weekend at Todd's condo. First of all, the initial contact and questions I had for Todd were answered promptly and completely. The condo itself is very clean and spacious, with a fantastic view of the golf course and foothills. It is very quiet and peaceful. The condo is stocked with anything you might need and would be very comfortable for more people, although it was just my two sisters and I. Would love to stay again sometime and I highly recommend it!
We had a wonderful stay at Todd's condo. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get away for a few days. The view from the balcony at night was so relaxing and peaceful. To me the condo didn't feel like it was just an ordinary place. It felt like home.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this little gem of a condo. Nothing like coming off Mt. Hood from a hard day of skiing to a great, cozy hot tub on the balcony with a beautiful view. Clean and close by to everything you could need or want. Todd was accommodating and available for communication if we needed him...such a cool guy! Thanks again.. We look forward to staying here again and again!
Incredible first stay in Todd's golf course condo in beautiful Welches. The location provided us with quick & easy access to the Mt Hood National Forest's offerings & Timberline Lodge. Wonderful time!
This was our second summer in a row at this place ( see my 2013 review ). The condo was as amazing as it was last summer. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was super clean. TV and DVD player in every room and tons of jigsaw puzzles for the kids . Amazing view from the balcony or from the dining table and bedroom. The condo was roomy and it's living area, kitchen and dining area are all open . A new play yard is in the same complex ( about 2 minutes walking ). Very quiet place and excellent for relaxing after a long day in Portland or Mount Hood and Trillium Lake ( The last two are few miles away ).
Thank you Todd and we will be back next summer.
