About Adriana Villegas
My parents bought this ranch when I was 24 years old, we have a lot of memories of my family and friends. My Father use to have 'Italian nights' as he use to call them, in the main Patio. We had great times and my mother enjoy all about it cooking wonderful food for our guests. They always have taught me to share the best we have so it will come back to us. I decided to restore and remodel the house and find all the original stone walls. We decided to share our vacation home and enjoy the beautiful view, the charm of the house and the unforgettable Fredericksburg. We hope you give us the opportunity to share this country house with you.
Adriana Villegas purchased this Chateau / Country House in 1998
Why Adriana Villegas chose Fredericksburg
IT IS RURAL AND URBAN!!! The road less traveled rarely disappoints. Venture down one, and you will discover the pastoral beauty of a country living. From the porch of a lovingly restored farmhouse, all seems right with the world. it is rural, urban and unique.....
What makes this Chateau / Country House unique
We are located on the middle of Fredericksburg main steet and '290 wine road', which makes it perfect and unique Experience the opportunity of the hill country views and relaxing atmosphere.

We rented this house as a girls' weekend to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday, and it was perfect! The location of the house is ideal....about 6 miles from downtown Fredricksburg, right along the 290 winery corridor and less than a mile from the Wildseed Farm. The house is more impressive than the pictures illustrate. It's a combination of rustic and modern, very peaceful. Adrianna was responsive, and made the whole experience very easy. If we're ever back in that part of the state, we will definitely consider renting again.
Thank you so much for your review!
We will love to have you back .
We will be looking forward to hear from you soon!
Picturesque oasis with an instant homey feel.
We absolutely LOVED our stay at Constantine!!!
We were a group of 10 women celebrating a bachelorette party. It was easy for us to get to the wineries and Luckenbach. Adriana was very accommodating and prompt in answering any questions we had. We had all of our meals in the barn and even a little dance party, in there!
It was spacious and everyone couldn’t stop gushing at all of the little details and care that was put into the home. Would highly reccomend this property and hope to stay again in the future.
Adults weekend getaway
We loved the home. There were five couples that came to fredericksburg for the weekend to tour wineries. The home was immaculate. Loved that it wasn’t in the city and so crowded. Wonderful patio area outside and even a neat barn to entertain or play games.
We were in town for a wedding and we all loved the house! it! It comfortably fit 5 couples, it was clean, and communication with Adrianna was flawless! The barn for events was a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again
It absolutely breathtaking dream. Perfect for the weekend getaway with our friends
Every year for the past 15 years, my wife and four other couples that have been friends since high school have a weekend getaway. We have stayed it numerous of bed and breakfasts is. But I have to say, by far this was the nicest setup we've had. Starting with the owner of the property being extremely kind and quick to answer any questions we had. Second, 5 separate rooms with queen size beds, 3 baths and the country privacy with sarene views. Third the barn was the cherry on top of it all. We were able to chill outside with some drinks and watch the stars. And when it got to cold we pulled into the barn for a really nice dinner. Was able to use my Projector to watch a movie in the barn which gave great acoustic sound and a creepy atmosphere for a scary movie. All in all, total privacy, beautiful country home for the whole family that felt like it was decorated by Magnolia Farms, Joanna Gaines. We could not ask for more. Our only complaint is we gotta go home. THANKS SO MUCH, WE WILL BE BACK.
Dear Leo :
You can not believe what is to read a beautiful review like yours.
You literally made me cry.
As a home owner of a rental property you know how hard we work to have everything in order and clean.
But all this nice words we never expect from our Guests.
I’m so happy you had an unforgettable time and I hope you have good memories of this place.
Thank you with all my heart and I will be looking forward to have you back very soon
BTW: can you let me know more about your projector !!!!
What a great idea!!!!!
Amenities were horrible
While the place is cute, the rooms are small leaving very little walking room around the queen beds. The coffee pot did not work. The cable tv had 4 stations. We were there over New Years and could get no football games. In our crowd, this is important.. would not go back.
Visit a scenic countryside reminiscent of the wine growing regions of central Italy and the Rhone Valley in France and you will find Fredericksburg Wine Road 290 -- an association of 13 Texas wineries along US Highway 290 near Fredericksburg, Texas.
