Let's start with the good things - this condo is in a great location ! Easy access to the beach and the grocery store/CVS/Walgreens. You can pretty much walk to wherever you'd like. The pool was nice as well. However, if you are planning to sit at the pool and sun - the amount of sun time is limited. You'll need to go to the roof deck to get sun most of the day, or the beach. There is a nice supply of pool toys, beach chairs, etc included. The grill leaves a bit to be desired as it is a small tabletop charcoal grill. A gas grill that could be shared among the units would be great, but there isn't one. Inside, the unit is well stocked with just about anything you can think of. The master bath has been upgraded but we had issues with the electrical - breakers would trip, bathroom fan wouldn't work, etc. Hopefully, the owners can look into that. The second bathroom has not been updated and is in need! Probably our biggest issue was that the mattresses are horrible! The master bed is sitting on a wire frame - no box spring. You feel every poke of the metal beneath you and the support bars in the middle then cause you to roll out to the edges. The twin beds looked like they were from Ikea, but were a bit more comfortable and stable. It was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit, but the porch area it was located in seemed to be in need of some stabilizing. You'd hear loud creaking noises whenever you walked out there. Overall, it's a nice, clean unit in a good location - just needs a few tweaks.
