The property is a perfect place for 1 person or a couple. It has all the conveniences of home for someone travelling on a budget. It's bright apartment and it's located in a very safe neighbourhood close to everything Calgary has to offer.
The property is very close to downtown in the oldest area of Calgary, Inglewood. If you like good food, music, art and specialty boutiques and cool neighbourhood pubs. This is a great area for you. The Zoo is within walking distance and there is an amazing bird sanctuary for those you love nature. The apartment is also 5 blocks away from the river where you will find beautiful walking and bike paths that take you around the city. The location is also extremely close to the city centre yet has a feel of a small neighbourhood town. Within 10 minutes you're in the centre taking in theatre, fine dining, museums and shopping and in no time you're back home in the peace and quiet of old Inglewood.
Very nice place, very clean and family atmosphere. The apartment has all necessary appliances and fully furnished. It is well located near the city center, in Inglewood.
Kate was always kind and willing to quickly answer our questions. Highly recommended.
This fully furnished, bright suite with a separate entrance was affordable and well appointed. Attentive landlord and friendly neighbourhood. Four-star due to no in-suite laundry (but a few laundromats to choose from all located within 6 minute drive of apartment). Low ceilings typical of basement apartments. Perfect for minimalist living (efficient, small space). Quick access to City Centre. Walk to Spolombos and Bite Groceteria on trendy 9th Ave., Inglewood Sunfest and neighbourhood block parties, outdoor live music events throughout the summer. Short run to access Bow River Pathway for running/cycling by the junction of the Bow and Elbow Rivers - beautiful, well maintained trails even in winter weather!! Easy access to Blackfoot Trail and Deerfoot Trail for cross-city travel. Highly recommend you live here as it is close to major attractions like Riverfront Park, Calgary Zoo, Stampede Grounds, Calgary Tower. Best if you have a vehicle to assist with laundry/grocery duties.
The Neighbourhood - Inglewood is the best area of Calgary. It has a funky charm with live music, great pubs and a variety of restaurants.
