Perfect family getaway!

  • 5 of 5

We were so happy with our stay in this cabin. We have two little ones and they were able to get away and play in the snow! So much fun. It was a beautiful and quiet getaway. We played some board games and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment that it made it easy to prepare meals for the kids. We are hoping to stay again soon! Thank you Jennifer!

We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen, playing games and taking day trips out into the beautiful natural surroundings. There are plenty of recreational activities close by. Highly recommended!

Awesome little cabin for weekend getaway

  • 5 of 5

We stayed there second time. Though cabin is small and simple - it has its atmosphere and just enough space for us (family /w 2 kids) + location is very convenient, close to Twain Harte and Leland Snow Play. Overall, I would recommend this place a perfect getaway for a few days.

Great stay

  • 5 of 5

Super cute cabin! Very friendly owner that was accommodating letting us have a late check out and gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants. Only thing I'd change was to have more paper towels. Only half a role and we used them up and couldn't find another. Very minor detail in the big picture.

Nice warm cabin and excellent host

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here a few nights with my wife and 2-year old and loved it. Our criteria was as follows: nestled in the forest, gas fireplace, bbq grill and not loaded with tourist traffic. This place had it all and even a generously sized fire pit in the front which we did not have time to use this time around. The cabin itself was cozy and had the basic amenities along with just a few creature comforts, which was perfect for people like us who live in the city and are fully connected too much of the time.

Jennifer was nice enough to offer us late checkout, which helped us out a lot because packing up a toddler takes time!
