We have designed our cabin with comfort in mind. All the latest amenities will make your stay simple and relaxing. We have activities available right outside the front door. Golf, bike, hike, ski, snowboard, all within a very short walk. Or, decide to light a fire and relax.
The cabin is fully stocked with amenities. There is cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet, and underground parking in a reserved space.
We do not live in Mammoth. This is our second home.

The easy access to parking, golf course, ski lifts, etc.
Last week of September was a great time to catch the start of the Fall colors, and, we were not disappointed. The location, just off the two main drags, and layout of the condo was great. The 2 bed 2 bath was perfect for two adult couples. The kitchen was just big enough for two to prepare meals, and, the living area was comfortable after a long day exploring miles and miles of dirt roads. The deck/patio was nice and BBQ came in handy.
If not for a couple issues, some minor and one major, this property would get 4+ stars from us. The minor issues: only two outdoor deck/patio chairs when the condo is set to accommodate four (and there is plenty of room to accommodate four chairs), CO monitor's backup battery was low and started chirping at 2:30 in the morning (no replacement batteries in the unit), a measuring cup and dish towels would have been nice in the kitchen, and, there was considerable construction occurring in neighboring buildings within the Mammoth Greens complex (mainly an inconvenience with traffic and parking congestion during the day) which we were not made aware of. The final issue, which is major, the pool and spa, right off the deck/patio, were being resurfaced the last two days of our stay, and, we had absolutely no warning. The crew blocked the garage, started at 7 a.m., with 5-6 guys using air chisels, and did not finish until after dusk. The noise and dust was unbearable!
In our opinion, with a few minor improvements noted above, this is the perfect place for Getaway any time of the year. Fall is an especially great time for this family.
We loved everything about our stay at Mammoth Greens! The condo is very clean, the kitchen contained everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the linens were all provided as well.
The best part was that we were able to bring our dogs and there were plenty of places to walk them nearby.
Our teens loved having their own space in the 2nd bedroom and we're thrilled to play the board games and wii.
Mammoth on the Greens is in a quiet area, no crowds, and the access to a pool was great after our daily hikes around Mammoth.
We plan to return and would stay at this property again---the only thing we would add would be a place to store our kayaks during our stay. We definitely want to bring them next time to enjoy the beautiful lakes. This property is exceptional and the communication with the owner was excellent!
The property at 114 Greens at Mammoth is comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed being able to bring our dog. There is a great view of the Golf Course, pool and pines from the big balcony of the condo. We used the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The beds are comfy, and the bathrooms were clean and nice.
The manager/owner is very accessible. We had one issue with the lock code and she fixed that right away. Parking is really good as they have underground parking but also spaces right outside the condo so loading and unloading the car was very easy. This condo gets 5 stars from us.
I would suggest communicating directly with the homeowner as our experience with VRBO / HomeAway Customer Service was horrendous. The rental will still go through VRBO but communicate with the manager/ and try not to contact customer service of VRBO as they are completely useless. Sorry to say that but its true! They charged me twice, after paying twice they kept sending emails that I owed more $ even though I had paid twice. They asked me after I got home fromour trip and stayed in the condo if I still wanted to rent the condo...... Finally after many days i was refunded the amount that was overpaid. These issues were out of the control of the manager because I contacted VRBO from the site . When I worked with the homeowner/ manager everything went smoothly and was easy. I give them five stars and VRBO/HomeAway no stars.
This condo was just what we needed. Location was perfect. Beds firm, comfortable and afforded a well rested nights sleep. We didn't take advantage of any of the tv's but we were trying to avoid the tv while on vacation. The quiet was welcome. Wi-fi was a bit spotty at times.
Kitchen was just the right size for us and enjoyed cooking on a gas stove for first time in a rental condo.
Only complaint I have is the shower head in the master bedroom needs changing. Low pressure and not a good spray pattern.
Other than that, the condo is well appointed and very comfortable for a ski getaway. Foyer is fantastic for removing ski wear and leaving coats. Our Labrador was welcome and enjoyed his stay as well.
We will definitely consider this condo for future rental. Big thank you to the owners and rental company.
