This bright and airy, freshly painted & renovated townhouse is located close to the entrance of Billington Village, so it is a short stroll to the Linx Tavern and Arbor Pool. It features ductless AC which cools the entire property, solid flooring throughout the main floor, and a fully equipped and updated kitchen (New for 2017 - refrigerator & dishwasher) with a nice dining area. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a king bed with a Sleepnumber mattress, a flatscreen TV with Blu-ray DVD player, and ductless AC. There is a full bathroom just outside the door. Up the spiral staircase is an open loft bedroom which offers a queen bed as well as a daybed with a trundle (2-twins total and the top twin has a Sleepnumber mattress), ductless AC, TV and a private full bath. The living area is nicely furnished with a flatscreen TV/DVD/VCR player, plus a sofa. The new slider off the living room leads to the furnished patio that overlooks a nice, wooded private area. Other amenities include: gas grill, washer/dryer, and WIFI Internet.

For the 2016 summer season, the daily pass rate is $17/adult and $7/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $55/adult and $25/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
