The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, AC, ceiling fan, and a wall-mounted, flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a ceiling fan, and TV. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances & beautiful granite countertops, and is fully equipped; including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster oven. The living room offers a wall-mounted, flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player, a ceiling fan and AC. Sliding glass doors off the living room and master bedroom lead to the patio; furnished with an outdoor dining set and a gas grill. Other amenities include washer/dryer, and WIFI Internet access.

Grill must be moved 15' away from unit when in use.
This property allows you to purchase the max # of pool passes as indicated above.

For the 2016 summer season, the daily pass rate is $17/adult and $7/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $55/adult and $25/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
Travel Insurance is available upon request. This property welcomes payment by eCheck or Visa/MasterCard.
The new kitchen and bathrooms were well done and very well equipped as far as needs for the kitchen.
