Seasongs is a charming one-story, fully furnished cottage with a spacious fully enclosed yard, just steps from the spectacular Pillory Beach located on the northern end of the western shore of beautiful Grand Turk. A quaint island reminiscent of “Old Caribbean” before the days of high rises and crowds, Grand Turk is a short 25-minute plane ride from the hustle and bustle of Providenciales (“Provo”).
Delight in tranquility almost impossible to find in today’s modern world. Enjoy magnificent ocean views as you drink your morning coffee in the living room or indulge in an evening glass of wine from the outdoor patio. Grab a beach chair and walk 20 yards to Pillory Beach’s pristine, powdery white sand beach and calm turquoise water. Wade out to swim or snorkel. Later, stroll down to the local fish market to buy today’s catch to barbeque for dinner.
We fell in love with the Grand Turk’s peaceful charm, friendly locals and exceptional diving during our first visit, and acquired Seasongs in late 2014. The house has been completely refurbished and a local property manager is available to assist guests. The interior was decorated by Mercedes Brennan of 1 Chic Retreat. Mercedes, a specialist in vacation home interior design, has created an environment that will meet your every need – including the need to not worry about anything! The house is stylish, very comfortable and completely unfussy - a place where you can truly relax, knowing that everything has been provided for.
When you’re done relaxing, there are plenty of activities – horseback riding along the beach, biking around the island on one of our bikes, exploring the history and culture of Grand Turk at the Turks & Caicos National Museum, people-watching at one of the nearby restaurant bars. If you’re inclined, visit the Cruise Center on the south end of the island (about 4 miles away) when a cruise ship is in for shopping and drinks at the Margaritaville Bar. Then, there’s the diving! World-class diving along the 8-mile long Grand Turk Wall in the Columbus National Marine Park. There are four expert dive shops; dive boats can pick you up on the beach directly in front of Seasongs.
Here’s what you’ll enjoy at Seasongs:
• A breezy open-plan living/dining room with ocean views from the living room
• A fully stocked kitchen with a new electric range
• Table settings for 8+
• High-quality linens and towels, including beach towels
• Private bedroom with a king bed
• Ceiling fans in every room, plus full air-conditioning for when it gets a little too tropical
• Cable TV, a Blu-ray player and Wi-Fi
• Truly comfortable sleeping for 5: a new king bed, a sectional sofa that converts to a queen bed and a twin daybed

There were two houses constructed across the street adjacent to Seasongs earlier in the year, however all construction was completed one the closest one before the end of this past summer and there are still beautiful ocean views and lovely sunsets to enjoy with your breakfast or a glass of wine on the patio.

Eric and Karen, the new owners, fell in love with the magic of Grand Turk upon their dive trip and decided to return as often as possible. What better way to do so than purchase a rental property! We completely renovated and refurnished 'our' house to make it comfortable for us, our families and our guests. We hope you love your stay as much as we did and return as often!

Seasongs is a quaint, comfortable cottage on beautiful Grand Turk! If you want to experience what it is like to live on a small beautiful island without high rise hotels, but has friendly people, gorgeous beaches, wild donkeys and horses that freely roam, calm warm water to swim in then come to Grand Turk. If you are tired of the resort atmosphere but still want to be pampered ..sleeping in a comfy bed with high quality linens, Wi Fi, cable, and all the comforts of home then you must stay st Seasongs. As soon as I booked (Karen was great with communication and gave us all the info we needed) I knew I made a great choice. Anita who takes care of Seasongs had someone meet us st the airport and she greeted us when we arrived. Anita checked on us through out the week as well. We rented a golf cart from Omar and this was our transportation as we explored the island during the morning. We then went to the beach in the afternoon and swam in the calm warm ocean. I brought a float snd floated for hours....heaven!! After the beach I would either napped on the couch in the screened in porch under the fan or on the comfy day bed. Then it was a choice to either walked down the beach and buy hugh lobster tails, conch, etc from the local fisherman for dinner or hop on the golf cart to watch the sunset at the Sand Bar. We would have dinner there or at the Ospry of Grand Turk Inn. Stroll the beach after dinner with the moonlight shining and then go back to Seasongs and snuggle on the comfy big sofa to watch our favorite TV shows. Life is good at Seasongs!! Can't wait to go back!!
I have never written a review about any of the many, many, vacation spots my wife and I have stayed at. But this little gem, is definately worthy of my first review. My wife and I have only vacationed at 5 star all inclusive resorts or on Cruises . So this was a step outside of the box for us. But soo glad we did! This cottage offers everything you need. It is clean, quiet, romantic, safe! It is one of the only self contained rentals on the island. All the rest are split up or shared with the owners living on the property! Not at Seasongs! It is yours. All yours. So it feels like it's your own cottage at home! The location is perfect. A great Beach straight ahead of the cottage. Or venture 5 min down the road to an even more magnificent beach. In 5 days we saw 10 people at most on the beach. So private. Location, location, location! Everything(except for noisy tourists) are close by!Liquor store, grocerey store all are 5 min away. If you are looking to get away from it all, but want to have beautiful water and sand and a cozy place to call home! Then this IS your rental to get! Seasongs was the best rental on the isalnd. Trust me, we went and saw alot of them! We will be going back in the new year! Thanks to Karen and Eric for making this experience easy and taking care of all my needs!(the bottle of wine , flower arangement and card for my wife) waiting on the table for our arrival was just the icing on the cake. Thanks again for everything!
Seasongs is a great vacation rental. The house is directly across the street from the beach. The beach is beautiful and when we went there was hardly anyone else on the beach. The water is amazing and truly must be seen to be believed. There is a snorkel spot just off the beach from the house. The house is in in a good location-not too close to town and not too far away either. The house had everything we needed for the week and was quite roomy for 2 people. There is a small store just around the corner with the essentials but it is a very easy to walk. The bikes the owner has on the premises came in handy and were great to get around. One is a mountain bike and the other is a beach cruiser and the beach cruiser was much more comfortable. Anita who is the local contact on the island for the owner was great and really helped us out with getting around the first day and getting us settled in. She gave us some ideas about where to eat and some local info. Her and her husband Dave were also very kind to get us to and from the airport. The house is a short bike ride to some good places to eat. We really enjoyed the meal at The Grand Turk Inn. The best meal we had all week and one of the best I have ever had. The chef there is fantastic. The Sandbar Restaurant is a great lunch spot. Being a diver I was very interested in doing some wall diving while on Grand Turk. Seasongs is a short bike ride to the dive shops on Grand Turk. I highly recommend Smitty at Grand Turk Diving. He is simply the best! Best divemaster I have ever encountered and he truly loves what he does. I can not wait to get back to Grand Turk. Great little island with local flair.
My wife and I spent two fabulous weeks at the charming Seasongs cottage. If you want to relax/unwind, experience excellent snorkeling/diving, walk on quiet, beautiful beaches and avoid crowds like on Provo, then Seasongs on Grand Turk is for you!
Seasongs has a nice King bed with great bedding, comfy sectional couch (converts into a Queen bed for extra guests), large flat screen TV with lots of Cable channels (enjoy late night movies/shows after each amazing day of enjoying the beaches, water, snorkeling, diving, riding bikes and sightseeing around the quaint island) and lots of oversized bath towels as well as plenty of beach towels.
The kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, and is stocked with colorful Fiestaware dishes, coffee maker with coffee and more... We cooked a great breakfast at the cottage each morning and enjoyed eating outside on the patio and on the screened-in porch. There are three grocery stores close by for essentials like eggs, fresh fruit, juice and of course wine, beer, and liquor. We also frequented two bakeries for fresh baked bread and pastries.
We thoroughly enjoyed riding bikes to different restaurants/inns/hotels/resorts each night for dinner, drinks and live music.
Our favorites include:
Local Fish Fry-Library: 1st & last Thur. night each month. Outdoors with live music/dancing!
Turks Head Inne: Amazing food and drinks outdoors! Dinner Wed. thru Sat. only.
Birdcage Restaurant-Osprey Beach Hotel: Outdoor BBQ with live music on Wed. and Sun. nights. Dance around the pool overlooking the water!
Secret Garden-Salt Raker Inn: Wonderful meals and live music/dancing. Fri. night hot spot!
Bohio Dive Resort: Outdoor Reggae Beach BBQ on Sat. nights. Live music/dancing!
Grand Turk Inn: Fabulous Asian Fusion entrees and homemade key lime pie outdoors!
Sandbar: Dinner (Mon. - Fri. only) on the deck overlooking the water!
Turks Head Pizza: Great pizza outdoors. Open Wed. - Sun. only!
Two bikes, two beach chairs, three beach loungers and a beach umbrella are included to make exploring the island and enjoying the beach even better. We walked for miles on the beaches each day and discovered tons of sand dollars, sea urchins and shells... We biked everywhere to explore and eat. We never used a car, golf cart or taxi.
Blue Water Divers were fantastic for day trips to Gibbs Cay and snorkeling trips. We enjoyed two dolphins up close (just amazing), sting rays, a turtle and tons of fish!
Cute house with great layout & very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved the screened in porch. The house is in great location close to beach, several stores & restaurants. We did not rent a car. The first few days, we biked & walked everywhere. We rented a golf cart for are diving gear but it came in handy for getting larger items at Cee's & going to North end of Island. Very relaxing vacation & would recommend it. Karen was very responsive with any questions. Anita & her husband Dave provided transport to & from airport. They checked on us to see how everything was going. We enjoyed Grand Turk Inn, Sandy's & Bohio Resort. Blue Rivers Divers were very accommodating; they rescheduled our dives due to my cold.

Super stay, enjoyed everyday, island residents are great. Disappointed with the two- 2 story homes between the rental and the ocean, totally blocks the view.
